wonderful, beautiful place only drawback was checkout was earlier than we are used to. beautiful and comfy homes and a pristine private beach great for snorkeling. we saw manatees, dolphins, star fish, and huge grouper right by the dock. kayaker a bunch right around the corner. beautiful sunset every night! we'd love to stay again!

Wir waren 4 Nächte mit 3 Personen bei Larry und Penny und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Aktivitäten waren Evergladetour, Tauchen, Bootstour mit Manatees, Outlet Shopping, einfach so rumfahren und faulenzen. So richtig Urlaub eben.

We had an amazing stay at the Pink Dolphin! Margaret and Phil (hosts) were incredibly nice and so down to earth. We really liked that this Airbnb did not feel commercial at all. It was private and had that “home” feel. A rare find when vacationing. We will definitely go back!

My family and I had a great time here! It was the perfect house, super clean and just as described! Yuni was always quick to respond and answer any questions. We had no intentions of renting a boat, but just up the road was an easy rental spot and we were able to tie the boat up right outside the door. Everything we needed was within a few minutes and the location was perfect to take a drive down to Key West! We will absolutely plan to return!

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

Second time staying here and we really like it! Had a few things we needed help with and were gotten back to quickly. Beautiful property, clean and location couldn’t be better. Also the neighbors are so friendly! A few things need a little TLC in the future but minor and I’m positive it won’t affect an amazing stay. We will be back!

Our Family had an amazing stay! The house and lakefront was serine and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing and cooking with the family. The beds were SO comfortable that I had to peel the family out of them! South beach is an easy drive or Uber ride and on rainy days the Dadeland mall was a good spot to shop and walk around. This is such a family friendly location that is out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get into the city and back. We can’t wait to visit again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My grandmother is disabled and we did not have a large enough ramp to get her upstairs and they helped bring her up and even rearrange the room to accommodate her. They were very quick to respond to all our questions. The outside is beautiful and very well equipped to find something to do. The house could use a little updating on the inside but was clean and had a lot of windows. The view was great from the house as the windows led to the ocean.

We had a delightful time. The unit was clean & comfortable and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. The balcony was very pleasant and had a great relaxing view. The shared beach was also very relaxing with plenty of chairs and a nice covered card table area. This is in addition to the multiple seating options at our private pool. Families were enjoying the provided kayaks of which there were plenty. Susan and Dale were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries including showing up to address an issue within 15 minutes! Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The outdoor space is absolutely fabulous. The heated pool was enjoyed every day. The property is on the corner of two canals that had pretty clean water. We met several manatees who graced us with their presence often. Fishing was not great during the month so our fishermen were rather disappointed. The interior was very pleasant and cooking was easy. The entire third floor is the master sitting room, bathroom and bedroom. The only drawback for me personally is that the master bathroom is an "open concept " design which left me without a sense of privacy. Isa was extremely helpful and responded quickly with our questions. Thank you Isa!

We were looking for a great place close to a small beach, an ocean view, which was clean and could house our family comfortably. This place did that and provided a place away from tourist crowds. Very nice place

We really liked the location. It was peaceful and private and a great neighborhood to walk around and to walk our dog. Yet, a short drive into Marathon for restaurants or any other needs. The house isn’t new but it was exactly as represented and it was perfect for us. Frank was very responsive. There were a couple of issues that he addressed immediately. It wasn’t his fault that because of the location, receiving repair parts can take some time. But Frank took care of our situations.

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

We stayed here for a whole week and it was very awesome everything way exceeded our standards and we cant wait to come back!

A lovely place to explore the keys when you only have a couple of days. Lovely resort and really nice house

What a beautiful home! We towed our boat from northeast Florida and were thrilled with how convenient it was to drop the boat in the local marina and keep it right behind the house. Sombrero Beach was down the road and a perfect location for our grandkids to swim and play in the sand. John could not have been more helpful and responded quickly to all of my texts. We are already thinking about reserving again in the spring!

This home was simplistic, clean and a great peaceful location. The hot tub was a nice addition especially because we had cooler weather while we were here. I could make an espresso or regular drip coffee from the appliance provided. The shower was cutting-edge and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this house for anyone that comes to visit the keys.

Fernando's place was great. We loved the screen porches and the beautiful tree outside the upstairs porch. The beach is a beautiful spot.

A little slice of paradise by the water. We had a great stay. Kayaking, grilling and chilling on the deck. Very comfortable and well equipped tiny home, that didn't feel tiny. Close to everything Key Largo has to offer. We enjoyed the snorkeling trip from John Pennekamp and loved eating at Key Largo Fisheries and Mike BBQ 101. We stocked up on great fruit and vegetables from Robert is here on the way South to the accommodation.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, it was spacious, well-decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was a little difficult to find and the driveway is narrow, a little difficult to get in and out of without a backup camera or if you have a large vehicle. But the view and location were fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to meet up for a Christmas gathering with our adult children. The home was so nicely decorated and furnished and had EVERYTHING we could have needed for a three day stay. There was plenty to do on the Venture Out Resort property and anything else you’d want or need is within driving distance. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at our stay! The Airbnb was perfect for our group. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Key Largo!

the bungalow is a very comfortable place to hang out in the Keys. the bathroom and full kitchen are great. There is a lot to explore nearby. Helen is very responsive and helpful with local suggestions. Her garden is beautiful.

Frequent visitor to the Keys and Marathon, value of price for what you get is top notch. Beautiful home that holds more people than it looks like, especially with the outdoor spaces and double bunk beds. One of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed at and definitely clean!! Traveled with teenagers and they never complained - perfect amount of activities at home keep them busy when we were chillin. Seriously could write a novel on all the details. The information given from Marjorie is spot on and she is super responsive making sure everything is going smoothly. Beach is as described, if you’ve visited the Keys you understand. That does not detract from the beauty of having your own private beach!! You just won’t go swimming there. Having a private fire on the beach more than makes up for that. Plenty of great swimming beaches elsewhere in the Keys. There is a small cabin rental in back, would be nice to have the option to book both on the same page. We will be back! 🏝️
