We enjoyed the apartment. We could walk easily to downtown and we enjoyed the snacks!

Can't say enough about how much I loved this AirBnB. Just as cute and cozy in person as in the photos. Especially loved the water view, cozy fireplace and incredibly comfortable bed. Great communication from the host, Brian. He was availabile for questions and to assist in anyway and was just generally kind and friendly. Don't hesitate to book!

Great spot ideally close to IU sporting arenas. Host was fantastic…responded quickly and addressed all questions. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay! Cute, convenient, everything we needed for a short stay. The photos do not do it justice. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub had an amazing view and was so good that I didn't get to use the claw foot bath tub. The downstairs games room is fantastic for a cold winters day. The host was super responsive when we had a small problem with the light over the pool table.

We enjoyed our stay! Cool, unique, creative space with a large private deck. The location with off-street parking is convenient and easily walkable to town, campus, and whatever you may need. The hosts are flexible and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

I'm digging hard to find something negative and I get nowhere. Excellent does come to mind. She was professional, quick to respond to any request or question. Everything was perfect. There were a few staples in fridge and on shelf in case you come in late. The steps are a little ruff but not a concern for normal mobility people. I recommend this place highly.

Cindy was an amazing host and her family was delightful. We did not interact with them that much except when going in and out from the basement apartment. Kids had fun hanging with the steer and we took lots of pictures! The college area is just 15 minutes away with lots of great restaurants, including brunch, coffee, and gluten-free options, which is exactly what our family loves. There are no streetlights on the road leading to the farm, so just drive slow to find the farm sign if that's when you are arriving. I took a few Ubers during my stay there and they were all able to find the house on GPS!

A group of 6 friends/family enjoyed the 2024 Solar Eclipse here. The location was peaceful and the setting was beautiful 5 adults and 1 child had plenty of space to spend time together (or apart) for the 2 days/nights we were there. The hosts were very friendly and available when needed. It was perfect for what we needed!

My stay was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and very quiet. The best part was that it was only 3 minutes from my daughter's place and very easy to get to. Valentyn was very helpful and prompt in his response when I asked about parking. The overall rating is definitely 5 stars and I would stay again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this Airbnb. It never disappoints! Always clean, great location- especially if you want to attend a basketball or football game. You can walk to the stadiums and not deal with parking. But for me, I love that it’s very quiet and very peaceful. I’m a IU alum and a musician, and was at IU for my son’s recital- who is also a musician. Each time I’ve stayed with Alissa I have been able to practice and rehearse with my son, with no worries about bothering anybody. For me this is a huge plus. And Alissa is so great. If you need her she’s there. I use Airbnb a lot, and this is my all time favorite spot.

Great place to stay in the area. Close to both Bloomington and Nashville. The Butler winery is less than a mile down the road and the Port Hole Inn restaurant and bar is just down the hill. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I didn’t get to stay, due to a weather emergency but communication and kindness were on point leading up to the trip! Look forward to booking again when I’m back in the area.

The most thoughtfully designed AirBnb rental I've ever stayed in. Of course, the apartment itself is beautiful, especially the well-preserved historic floors. But the décor is also coherently chosen, and the kitchen and the bathroom are full of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home, like an air oven and a well-stocked tea area.

Our family was in need of a place to stay last minute and Chrissy’s place was perfect and just what we needed! The location, the amenities, the privacy, all of it was perfect!!
