We loved it here! It’s a nice cozy cottage and the views were tremendous! The cottage was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway and close enough to nearby restaurants and shops to make it enjoyable for everyone.

Spent a IU football weekend here while visiting our daughter on campus. Quaint cabin in the woods that met all our needs. Chris’s instructions were very thorough. Only about 14 minutes from campus too. Great hiking in Hoosier national forest that was minutes away. Would be a wonderful place to stay also if you were doing a lake weekend over the summer.

We had a great stay at Erin's place. First of all, she was very proactive and quite responsive with communication, and ensured we had a smooth check-in and had all that we needed once we arrived. Space was exactly as advertised, and spotless! She has thought of every last detail, with snacks/soaps/shampoo, extra pillows/blankets, etc. I understand why this place gets 5-star reviews! We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Bloomington (and even Nashville/Brown County, as it is an easy drive east). Thank you for a great trip!

We felt right at home! Amy and Andrew were friendly and accommodating, they were quick to respond to questions. They were flexible and worked with us when it came to extending our trip. The home served our needs perfectly. The bedrooms and other sleeping quarters provided the perfect amount of beds to accommodate larger groups. The living areas were gave us all the room we needed for the cousin to sprawl out and play, while the adults could easily have their own space but still supervise! Everyone really enjoyed the home. I brought so much more than we needed. The house was well stocked! We have family in the area and we will definitely be staying in one of their homes again and again! Thanks again!

Great place for a family weekend! Plenty of room to spread out.

I am a solo full-time wheelchair user traveling with a Great Dane. It's hard to find a place that is accessible and pet-friendly. I was there for over a month during some winter weather. The host was concerned about my safety and accessibility by making sure snow and ice was clear. The place itself was clean, recently updated, and comfortable. Two nice large TVs were provided and I used the Wifi and it worked well. It is on a large grassy lot set back from the road. There was a lot of room for my dog to sniff around and get some exercise. Guests should be aware that there is a small refrigerator. I had no problem with it, but if you have a need for a large refrigerator or freezer be aware that this might be a problem for you. There is a nice big microwave and toaster, but no traditional cooktop or oven. I felt very safe here. It's pretty close to campus and there is a large parking area that is well off street. Host was great at communication and answered questions quickly.

This cabin is sooo cute and was perfect for our girls weekend! Squeaky clean and easy check-in and out process. On a quiet little road with no neighbors which felt so quaint! Only “complaints” were the hot tub was smaller than what it looks like in the listing picture and the loft was extremely warm all day and night.
