Very responsive host. House was cozy, made us feel right at home. Lots of places close by for eating and shopping. Booked this house because it was close to the wedding venue that we came for, stayed for 8 nights. Definitely would stay here again if we came back to visit.

Great location! This home was in a quiet neighborhood yet super close to everything you would want or need! It is a small home but had plenty of room for our family. There were four generations of adults from age 99 to age 19 and we all felt comfortable. Beatriz was responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home.

A really wonderful find just outside of Rochester (around 2 hours away from Ithaca, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, or the NYS Fair). The house and pool were wonderful, with really comfortable beds, a large living room, a full kitchen, and a great backyard. Sergey was wonderful from start to finish. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning, answered all of our questions, and was just overall very friendly. Our group of 6 felt right at home. Would love to return at some point in the future!

This is an awesome place. The pool is wonderful. The fenced in backyard is private and great for dogs. The house is spacious with 4 tvs. The decor gives you a history lesson, international art is displayed, and clearly a family that are proud Americans as well as proud veterans. There are hundreds of books at your fingertips if you enjoy reading. The location is also close to great eats and great hiking.

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

we are doing a home renovation and needed to be out for a week - and Cheryl's property was available. Completely met our needs. Cute and cozy home at the end of a cul de sac. There were a couple of minor issues that Cheryl immediately addressed - and followed up on to ensure everything was okay. If you're coming from out of town, this isn't located near any major attractions (though nothing in Rochester is more than 15 minutes away) - but for our purposes, it was perfect.

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

Stayed with Tamara for a quick visit with my toddler. The layout was perfect for a family & it felt safe for children. I loved the added sound machines! My daughter slept through the night & that’s rare 😍

Enjoyed our stay in Rochester. Location is close to the highway for convenience but still quite. Very easy to check in with the electronic door. Plenty of space. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance although due to our plans we were not able to take advantage of them. Only suggestions we have would be to have directions for the tv available. It did not adversely impact us but it could others. Also the bathtub is quite deep. Great for taking a bath but for in and out of a shower that step over is a little hairy. Would be very helpful to have had a grab bar available for safety. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

We never have a bad thing to say about staying about our experience staying here and working with the hosts. We are very comfortable during our stay and always have a great weekend! There are so many extras that they offer such as coffee, napkins, kleenix, shampooo/conditioner and body soap all included. It makes it quite easy to pack! Hoping soon the weather turns nice so we can enjoy sitting outside for lunch.

Had YMCA swim championships, it was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the pool and restaurants. The home is a cute 2 bedroom with everything one would need. The area is quiet and the home cozy. Plenty of racks to hang towels, coats etc. Would stay here again! Thank you! Just perfect in every way.

Great long weekend at Chelsey and Bel's place. Clean and convenient to Fairport's town area.

Peter and Ana were terrific hosts and their home is so cute! They were so responsive whenever we had questions, and they made the house very welcoming. We had lots of room to celebrate the holidays with family and the fenced yard for the dogs was fantastic!

Our second visit to Hamilton House and we just love it here! Beautiful historic house in a trendy neighborhood full of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It’s on a side street off the main road so no street noise at night. Large well-appointed kitchen, comfortable communal spaces, tasteful decor, everything very clean and tidy. Big driveway which will accommodate three or four cars. Christina is a super responsive and accommodating host. First choice for lodging in Rochester, will definitely be booking again.

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

If there was a way to leave a review rating HIGHER than 5 stars, we would!! So quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love property and our second time to stay here. Always so wonderful!!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

After a stressful cross-country move, we needed a place to stay while we looked for a house. Joanne's place was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, but still close to many things. It is a great location, within walking distance of the beach and walking trails. Even though it was freezing most of our stay, I still enjoyed taking walks in the woods at the end of the street. The house itself is very cute and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and stocked for a long stay. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Noel’s place was great! Noel was responsible, kind and flexible and was very communicative throughout our time there. The house was clean, in a convenient area and had nice decor and space for our group of 5. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch in the Adirondack chairs, walking to nearby activities (comedy show and radio social) and found it to be quiet and safe. We would definitely come back! Thank you again!

Enjoyed our holiday house in Webster. Décor & atmosphere felt just right. Antiques and little treasures of décor were nice touches! Warm and cozy inside, well-dressed for Christmas. Clean; comfy; abundant amenities; well-equipped kitchen. We would book again when in the area. Thank you for being a responsive host.

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Place was very cozy and romantic for me and my fiance for our valentines day trip. I can't wait to book again.
