Right in the heart of Nashville, IN with lots of shops, art, and restaurants. You won't need a car once you are there. The two room apartment was just as described, a very large bedroom with comfortable king bed, furnished with dishes, small refrigerator, cooktop stove, coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer, and tea as well. Touchless toilet flusher was interesting. I would stay here again.

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We have stayed at Mikala's a couple time now! Always our landing place for a weekend in Bloomington. We love being close to town but just far enough away! Mikala and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

This place was super clean and large for 3 people. We love our stay. Quiet, walkable and very private. There’s even a basement level with pingpong table and a couch. My 17yr old daughter said she’d love a home just like the apartment! It’s that perfect! :)

our stay was short and sweet for an IU game. Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of campus, but not too far that you can't get there. would love to come back to fish and enjoy the trails.

4 of us stayed, two adults and two teenagers. Good space for all of use. Nice large back yard, good location close to many nature trails.

Alex was a very attentive host. This home was SOOOO cozy and will literally be our new home away from home whenever I visit my Son and daughter in-law living there and attending IU. We had more than enough room for 3 families. it was great to be able to stay together in one place. The living room at the back allowed the folks who wanted to stay up to do so without disturbing the others. Eating meals together in the dining room was a plus

The house was perfect! We stayed 2 nights for “moms” wknd. The location as great! John and Whitney were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again

Great hosts! Very clean and organized home. Welcoming place with water and snacks upon arrival. Thank you so much for flexible check in time. They let us arrive early which helped as we had our dog with us and wanted to do things in Bloom with our college daughter.

This place was really cute, and I really appreciated Heather giving us a slightly earlier check-in to accommodate our son’s naptime. The kitchen and dining area are spacious which is nice, and I loved the big windows and back patio. Overall, pretty kid friendly/nothing too breakable or treacherous which is a plus! I do wish it had been a bit cleaner— we noticed some dust bunnies around. Which, with all hard floors and so many travelers, is inevitable and not necessarily a huge red flag. The bathrooms were clean. But there were dust bunnies on my son’s bedding which was concerning given he has some respiratory issues, so we had to wash them before letting him sleep on them. I did tell the host about this and she did apologize, but it would have been nice to get a small discount on the stay or on the cleaning fee, given that clean and fresh bedding for your kid is kind of a non-negotiable and to be expected when paying for a nice AirBNB rather than hotel. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Brandon’s place was perfect for a stay on the beautiful lake. This location feels incredibly private and entrenched in the natural surroundings. The interior is kept in a pristine state with every detail well thought out. Brandon was very accommodating of us and allowed us some wiggle room with our check-out to allow us a great experience. Will definitely return here in future trips to Bloomington!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This place was nice and super clean. It felt like a home .I recently had the pleasure of staying and I am thoroughly impressed. The property is well-maintained, offering modern amenities, a clean and comfortable living space, and excellent security measures. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a quality .

Loved my peaceful, relaxing stay at Leila’s treetop hideaway! From the quiet of the day to the visits from deer at dusk to the bright twinkle of stars at night, the comfort of the updated rooms welcomed and soothed my soul. There are also lots of opportunities for exploring, hiking, and enjoying the lake close by. Even with extreme heat outside, I was comfortable inside with the AC units and ceiling fans. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
