Myself and 2 daughters loved staying at Rob's house. We went for skiing and it's very convenient to get to the local ski hills. There was plenty of space for the three of us; it was clean, cozy warm and very comfortable. Rob is very personable and responsive; loved chatting with him! We will be going back again this year if we get the chance at another ski weekend. His place is also in a prime spot for summer, something we'll consider if we decide not to do tent camping. Overall 5 stars for us.

What truly impressed me, though, was the exceptional hospitality. I had casually requested a poker set, and to my surprise, the host not only purchased one but also had it delivered within an hour! From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the home. Perfect for our ski vacation to Sunapee and Okemo! It was one of our favorite Airbnb’s. So cozy, great location, great atmosphere, great decorating, etc. We just felt right at home from a minute. We walked in the door Beds comfortable. The upstairs is great if you have a few kids who just want to crash on a bunch of different beds. Laurie, who we mostly communicated with, was fantastic. So nice and so easy to get in touch with if we needed her for anything. Thanks for a great day! Hope to come back someday.

A peaceful, relaxed, beautiful stay on a beautiful lake! We loved the fire pit and having the lake steps away to jump in. We appreciated the kayaks and paddle boards. Had the best week.

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.
