you should definitely stay at this place! felt right at home and the arcade room and board game room was a really nice touch. overall the place was very cozy and the best part was the view of the lake. would stay here again if given the chance 😄

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

Kristin is truly the best host I’ve ever encountered! It is clear that she is doing this not as just a business but because she genuinely wants to create a sacred place rooted in care. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread and she was readily available whenever we needed anything. She always ensured we were comfortable and would even come to shovel periodically when there was a winter storm. Anytime she stopped by she would ask if we needed her to pick up anything and would bring us a treat. The energy of the house is very special, it feels like you are in an extension of nature. There are relics from India, sound bowls, and stones from around the world under the floor that all contribute to the house’s magic. It completely surpassed my expectations.

This place was fabulous. We went on a girls trip and it was perfect setting for us to have a nice dinner and have many a movie night. Also the sauna and cold plunge every day were great for relaxation. Christiana was super responsive. No issues. Would stay again.

This house was great! It was close to many activities in the surrounding area but also felt very private! An Amazing House!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

This Airbnb was perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated, and packed with fun—pool table, arcade games, board games, and more. The hot tub and cozy fireplace made for a relaxing stay, and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Great location near major attractions yet peaceful and private. The host was fantastic with clear communication and great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

Very nice location and the host was responsive with any issues the arised. The place was clean and matched the descriptions in the listing. The only slight problem was that the heater would get a bit loud at night.

Beautiful house across the street from the lake. The views from the kitchen were amazing. The pictures really don't do the place justice. It's very spacious. The kitchen is huge with modern amenities. Wonderful place to stay in the north part of the lake.

At Thanksgiving we like to be at an Airbnb instead of an hotel while visiting family in the area. Roseanne's place was perfect for three of us. The condo was very comfortable, clean and a private place to be altho we didn't spend a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and there is a lovely view. We would stay there again.

We were so happy to be back at Joe and Barb’s. Their hospitality is wonderful - from recommendations to bonfires to impeccable breakfasts. Already planning our next stay!

Staying at Aaron's place was incredible! He was extremely communicative and made sure that my check-in was smooth, even in a snowstorm. I immediately felt at home in his space and he ensured that I had everything I could possibly need. Aaron was full of knowledge about the local spots and gave great recommendations, including a workshop at his own local bookstore. He also made me the best breakfast in town! I felt very safe as a solo traveler and would be thrilled to come back to Aaron's for another trip.

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Tom and Maureen were exemplary hosts. We were welcomed by Tom who showed us the ins and outs. The 24/7 snacks and drinks that were available for use was a nice perk, as was the hearty home made organic breakfast that was planned after asking us about our food habits. The home was decorated using era furniture. And Maureen was accomodating when I asked for some equiptment that was not listed as available. This airbnb is a gem in the Pocono mountains. Highly recommend a visit here!

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Borland House; it was comfortable, charming, and the folks who manage the B&B were very helpful and responsive. It's right in town near several restaurants and shops and the history of the home and period details made for a welcoming and enjoyable stay! Get brunch there on the weekends!

Alana's B&B is the best B&B I've ever stayed in! The rooms are all so charming but with modern amenities and conveniences that made it easy to adjust to a new environment. The Mohonk Preserve Day Passes were super convenient as we would've had to pay $30 just to hike where we were going. Some of the highlights: the bathroom was spotless, air conditioning was on point, breakfast was delicious, towels smelled great, and the guests and host were all super polite and friendly. This B&B made me feel like I could really relax in a clean, comfortable, curated environment that was actually decorated in a style that I love, while not worrying about cooking for myself (like a regular air bnb) or worrying about all of the people coming and going (like a hotel). Can't wait to come back and enjoy the hammock!

Eleanor the host was very attentive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make delicious vegan breakfasts, and to be sure we were comfortable. the is is an 1850's farm house which in in nice shape. The Empire suite was 2 rooms and a private bath. The pillows and linen's were clean and comfortable. The rooms and house were clean and furnished with antiques. One room in the sweet had an extensive library and TV and was a very nice sitting room. The location is a great year round location, is is between the quaint town of Warwick and the Mountain Creek Ski center and water park. Also great for wineries, farms and farmers markets in spring and fall
