We had a great stay! Ann Marie was super responsive, and the space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It’s an easy walk to the beach and only a short drive to town. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple—highly recommend!

Our book club group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful and everything was spotless. Everything was as advertised. Beds were very comfortable.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

We had an amazing time here! The home is very charming, in a great location on the North Fork close to our favorite vineyards and restaurants. Paul was kind enough to offer us an early check in so that we may accommodate our guests traveling to visit! We really enjoyed our stay & made great memories.

There are not enough stars to give to Nancy and her air b&b. This was our first experience with the app. The room was better than advertised. But what made this even more special was Nancy herself. What a sweet, kind woman. We plan on going back often. Not only to explore the Hampton area. But to make sure we have a drink around the fire pit with Nancy and her husband. Thank you again Nancy. We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!

Dies ist unsere erste AirBnB Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit KC im Vorfeld war super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unseren Kindern hat das Kinderzimmer sehr gut gefallen und mir die Veranda. Unsere Kinder sind sehr aufgeweckt und laut und das ist für Gastgeber sicherlich eine Herausforderung. Wir sind dementsprechend froh, dass es keine Beschwerden gab. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Clare was a fantastic host. She helped us with getting around which was super helpful because we didn’t have a car. Her food recommendations were great. All in all, she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere which made our stay in Montauk a beautiful experience. Thanks for everything!

Marina was a doll! The listing for her humble abode was exact and descriptive. Everything was laid out extremely clear in the guest book. The house was pristine and very cozy. Marina stocked it up with everything you could possibly need. The decor and all of the personal touches added to the homey feel. It housed my boyfriend and me perfectly. The beach is an 8 minute walk and stunning. What a relaxing getaway. Book with Marina! ❤️
