This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and felt ourselves like home. In our opinion it has this old french houses vibe, which we loved. Check-in/out went smoothly and Kate and Brend were always very responsive. The apartment is located only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, from which you can take a train to cities like Antibes, Eze, Cannes etc. Because of its central location, you can reach almost everything in the city by feet, but if you don’t like to walk much, there is a tram station nearby. I give an extra star for the balcony :) All in one - we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé à côté du port et de la vieille ville. Très facile d'accès de l'aéroport par le Tram (direct) et 300 m à pied. Trajet depuis la gare Sncf avec le tram et là encore 300 m de marche. L'appartement est entièrement rénové récemment. Très accueillant, propreté irréprochable. Très spacieux. Très calme. Plein de choses à découvrir dans la ville. Très beau séjour.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Philippas Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Juwel. Jedes Detail wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und in hoher Qualität ausgewählt. Das Bett u. A. die Matratze ist himmlisch und ist mit frischer Baumwoll-Bettwäsche zum Wohlfühlen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal. Die umliegenden Strände kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Antibes selbst ist ganz unkompliziert mit dem Bus oder einem längeren Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Beim Empfang haben uns sehr über den Tee, Kaffee, Milch und die exquisite Flasche Wein gefreut. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Logement au calme très agréable, conforme à la description avec les commerces à proximité à pied. Thomas a été amical et flexible sur les heures description départ. Au top pour visiter cette belle région.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Magnifique villa à la décoration soignée! Venues passer un week-end entre filles, nous nous y sommes senties bien tout de suite. La villa est spacieuse, les chambres disposent toutes de leurs salle d’eau ou salle de bain privative ce qui est un plus! Les équipements et la literie sont de qualités! Héléna a été réactive, flexible et très sympathique. Tout est fait pour passer un agréable moment !Je recommande à 100%

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Laurie. L’endroit est propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est un vrai plus, idéale pour profiter des repas ou simplement se détendre. Bien que nous n’ayons pas rencontré Laurie en personne, elle a été très disponible et réactive, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Matteo est un hôtel remarquable, attentif et bienveillant. Le logement est impeccable, propre et très optimisé. Son emplacement est juste sublime, nous reviendrons en été pour tester la l'étude terrasse à l'entrée, vue sur la rivière. je recommande sans hésiter.

Arrivée en autonomie parfaite, logement propre et fonctionnel, très belle villa avec piscine au calme. Proche de tous commerces. Laurence a été très réactive et à l’écoute.

Die Wohnung ist altmodisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, es funktioniert alles problemlos. Die Heizung mit den Klimageräten, das schnelle Internet, der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück, alles 1A. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, ist diese Unterkunft für uns die erste Wahl!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

L'alloggio di Peter è situato in una zona centralissima nel centro storico pur essendo un palazzo completamente nuovo. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio interrato e con l'ascensore salire direttamente al piano dell'appartamento! Alloggio, pulito, ben esposto e arredato. Tutto molto funzionale. Il cohost PierreAntoine che si è occupato del checkin e checkout è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We had an amazing stay! Dominik is a very attentive and responsive host. The house is full of character, located in a peaceful and tranquil area. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very warm in winter. The view from the terrace is delightful! We wish to stay longer and would love to return.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
