Super nice and calm. We liked Tiziana, the house and its surroundings very much.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

La casa è come in foto,forse un po’ più piccola ma esteticamente è lei. E in posizione ottima, sulla via principale che ospita moltissime bancarelle la domenica dalle 13 fino a tarda sera (ma non si sentiva nessun rumore in casa). Vicina a moltissimi ristoranti/pizzerie/bar/pasticcerie buonissime! Vicinissima al mare sia spiagge private che libere. Zona davvero ottima In casa abbiamo trovato moltissime brochure di attività da fare. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi perché comodo a tutti i servizi. Ci abbiamo davvero lasciato il cuore a Porto Recanati, è stato bellissimo e la città è bellissima e indimenticabile!

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

Il profumo che ho trovato nella loro splendida casa è stato un elemento che ho apprezzato tantissimo, una casa curata nei minimi dettagli, ci siamo sentiti a casa, una casa accogliente e allegra, piena di luce. The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und mit dem privaten Pool außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt in der Altstadt umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir würden hier direkt wieder buchen.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Dejligt ophold. Værterne var meget hjælpsomme. Kom med anbefalinger af ture og svarede meget hurtigt. Boligen var ældre dato, men fint fungerende. Dejligt aircondition. Dejlig stor pool med sol senge. Flot udsigt til vandet. Og kort gåtur til strand og by. Parkeringsbåsen er meget lille.

Alloggio abbastanza piccolo ma ben strutturato, buona la posizione ( 20metri dal mare) dentro c è praticamente tutto ( no lenzuoli come scritto fra le informazioni dell alloggio ) siamo stati un po’ sfortunati con le pulizie ( qualche capello di troppo in giro ed ho stasato lo scarico della doccia io ) ma può succede , la cucina ed il salotto erano in ottimo stato . Lo consiglio perché sono stato bene ed è in una zona che per noi è stata strategica per visitare questa splendida regione !

Il e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso due settimane a cavallo di ferragosto e siamo stati benissimo. Annamaria e il marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento era corrispondente alle indicazioni e perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 con due bimbi piccoli, la casa é molto accogliente con tutti i comfort e una terrazza sul mare incantevole. La posizione é perfetta per una vacanza di mare, natura e relax, riparata dal caos estivo ma anche vicina a ristoranti e bar, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Gabriella e il suo co-host Pierpaolo sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre reattivi nelle risposte alle nostre richieste. Posto consigliatissimo, speriamo di tornarvi presto.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Casa pulita e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il proprietario della casa è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi. Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare Michela, la quale oltre ad aver pulito la casa mi ha portato anche al supermercato per fare la spesa, ci siamo dimenticati la carica batterie e ce l’ha spedito a casa. Molto consigliato ✨

Ottimo soggiorno! Anna è stata un Host molto attenta e scrupolosa fin dalla prenotazione. Alloggio pulitissimo. Ottima posizione, si trova davanti al mare e dotato di parcheggio interno. Zona tranquilla, consigliato per famiglie.

Domiziana's place is a welcome respite if you have been dealing with a lot of hustle and bustle. We were there in September, the offseason, and enjoyed the quiet. It's right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. (Note, as others have you are also beside railroad tracks. But we also agreed with others that you get used to the trains). There's plenty of room. The house is modern (maybe too modern for the 70-somethings we are as the electronic control system was a bit of a challenge). There is a wonderful cross breeze from front to back. The kitchen is one of the most fully outfitted I've run into with today's Airbnb's. All the tools, & condiments. It was a pleasure. One note for those who are of the more elderly persuasion. The stairs to get up and down from the bedrooms is a very steep, spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues, be advised THERE IS AN ELEVATOR. We only used it to get our suitcases up and down which was a blessing. If you love a seaside locale, this is great.

Credo non ci siano parole per descrivere il luogo. Magico e speciale. Svegliarsi e addormentarsi col suono del mare, beh, nonha prezzo. Elvio e Cristina due splendide persone, sempre col sorriso e d'animo generoso. Mi porterò questa vacanza nel cuore
