Todo perfecto,alojamiento muy limpio, cómodo, acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Ubicación: bien, hay muy cerca de la casa parada de bus, para ir al centro, estación de bus y tren. Servicios cerca, panaderías, restaurantes, supermercados,etc. Lo mejor ellos, Daniela nos recibió y nos atendió muy bien, Filippo nos recomendó lugares cerca de la casa muy buenos por cierto también por el centro. Cualquier duda nos respondían pronto. Todo bien.

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! Apartamento bien equipado, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cada una con su cuarto de baño. Localización cercana al centro de congresos de Bolonia, conveniente para nuestro viaje de trabajo. Debora ha sido una anfitriona muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con buenas recomendaciones.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Casa Barbieri è un sogno, e io da un paio d'anni sognavo di andarci con le mie amiche. E' un posto perfetto per trascorrere giorni in compagnia, anche senza uscire. Si respira l'aria della casa di famiglia che è stata, e i colori, gli oggetti, gli angoli, i terrazzi, ogni dettaglio è fonte di meraviglia, ascensore compreso. E' stato molto bello vedere negli occhi delle mie amiche ciò che anni addietro avevo visto io in questa casa, che va al di là delle fotografie, già evocative, che la raffigurano qui. Completa il tutto l'accoglienza impeccabile di Federica, sempre precisa e disponibile. Ci tornerei domani.

Sehr schöne authentische Unterkunft. Für Liebhaber der Authentizität sehr zu empfehlen. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl auf reisen wenn es sich wie zuhause sich anfühlt und nicht in kalten leblosen modernen Einrichtungen. Dieses Unterkunft hat wirklich die wärme und Herzlichkeit ausgestrahlt. Liebevolle Details wie z.b. Lavendel Blüten im Schlafzimmer. Im Umgebung kann man einige Wanderungen unternehmen und der kleine Dörfchen ist super ruhig und sehr sehr klein. We die Ruhe und Stille in der Natur mag - das ist die richtige Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber Familie waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen ❤️

Nous sommes venus nous refugier chez Dino au dernier moment pour sabriter des pluies incessantes et nous avons trouvé un havre de paix. Tout est magnifique ici, le village, la vue, la region, on se sent chez soi dans la maison, elle a une âme ! Dino est super reactif et attentionné. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum. Ev her anlamda mükemmeldi. İhtiyacınız olan her şey en ince detaya kadar düşünülmüş. Temizlik konusunda da müthiş bir evdi. Yatak inanılmaz rahat, sıcak su konusunda herhangi bir problemi yok. Ev sahibi Bianca her zaman iletişime açıktı, ne sorsam hemen cevap verdi, yardımcı oldu. Annem de ben de bu evi çok beğendik. Teşekkürler Bianca! 🤩

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Adele et sa famille qui ont été très attentionnés, Et tout au long du séjour, si besoin de bons conseils. Le logement est spacieux, de qualité, terrasse appréciable avec transats et accès piscine ! Parfait pour se poser et explorer la région (env. 40 min pour se rendre à Florence!).

Wir, 2 Erwachsene & 3 Kids & Hund, hatten hatten viel Platz bei Giorgio, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, hilfreich und die Antworten schnell abrufbar. Das gesamte Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür, in einem privaten Bereich, der direkte Weg zu Fuß zum Zentrum war etwas weiter, durch eine Baustelle ergaben sich Umwege. Absolute Empfehlung für Giorgio und Bologna. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Giorgio è un host con esperienza, è stato lui ad accoglierci e ci ha dato tante informazioni utili per la casa e per spostarci col nostro mezzo. Si tratta di una casa antica ma accogliente, ben riscaldata e con cucina completa. Per chi viene in macchina è fantastico avere il parcheggio interno privato.

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

Had a relaxing weekend at Carlo's apartment. He met us, let us in and showed us around. It was cold and Carlo increased the heating temperature for us which was much appreciated. Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped. Sadly the wrong time of the year to use the beautiful balcony, but the large window out to it gave lots of natural light. A short walk to the Piazza Maggiore and you're never short of somewhere to eat and something to do in this beautiful city. Carlo kindly sorted out a taxi for us to get to the station when we left. We'll be back!

Wir waren beruflich in Bologna. Tagsüber auf der Messe und Abends in Restaurants. Kurze Wege auch zum Supermarkt, Bus und mit BTaxi APP sehr schnell abgeholt werden.

Great stay in this apartment , just 10 min walk from main central area of Bologna. Although, the area around the apartment had plenty of nice restaurants & bars , if you didn't want to go into centre. The apartment itself had all we needed and more for 3 nights. Barbara was super help with suggestions & recommendations for bars , restaurants and things to do, communication was always fast and clear. She was particularly helpful organising a taxi to the airport on departure , as this would have been very difficult for us to organise as the Bologna Marathon meant multiple road closures.

La posizione è ottima per chi arriva dall’autostrada e per chi ha un cane con sè ci sono delle bellissime passeggiate! Ottima posizione per visitare le città vicine a Pistoia e anche il centro di Pistoia è facilmente raggiungibile. Ottima anche l’accoglienza!

Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans l appartement de Cristina! L’appartement est parfait, très propre, nous avons adoré le quartier où il se trouve. Cristina nous a donné des supers conseils pour visiter la ville et de très bonnes adresses de restaurant ! N hésitez pas !

Siamo stati 3 notti nell'appartamento di Dina e abbiamo trovato un host disponibile che ci ha permesso un soggiorno piacevole grazie alle indicazioni che ha fornito sui luoghi da visitare. Dina ci ha fatto trovare la casa riscaldata e pulitissima. Abbiamo cucinato senza problemi e il tramonto che si può vedere dalla veranda è molto bello. Grazie ancora Dina torneremo sicuramente.
