House is cute and homey. Described and pictured as listed. Great location to the beach. Sarah called beforehand to let me know all the details. There was a very nice welcome basket full of snacks. The house had lots of things to do including games, cookware, bikes, and beach equipment. Overall, had a great stay!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is spotless compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, the cleanliness here really stands out. For example, inside the cabins, everything was not only perfectly clean but also thoughtfully organized, down to the smallest details. There were plenty of towels and beach items provided, which was really nice to have. The location is amazing, a few steps to the sand. It’s also very practical: there’s a garage for easy parking, plus two private outdoor areas that made the space even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Kristin was also flexible and communicative. Overall , a comfortable and convenient place for our family beach vacation! Thank you Kristi !

This place has all you need. It's also near everything! Samuel was also very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to have a late check out, which was amazing since it was our first time in Santa Barbara! Best part, it's pet friendly . Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and quickly sopved a few initial cleanliness issues, ensuring the space was up to our expectations. The location is fantastic, and the home is comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the prompt attention to our concerns and would consider staying here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Carpinteria is incredible already - have visited many times. We love the quiet area, everything in walking distance to the condo, and a beautiful calm beach literally 'right next door.' The condo was exactly as advertised, very cute, comfortable, well appointed, great refrigerator, and lots of space to unpack our simple belongings. Amanda also provided local tips that were much appreciated! There were even beach chairs and beach towels! We loved sitting on the balcony as the sun was setting to wind down each day! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

DeLayne is an outstanding host. The home is beautiful with creative high end architectural details. Architect and owner thought out of the box with many features. Spotless and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to find and is in a safe gated community that is quiet. Home is furnished with all you need in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen as you were family. The location is ocean front with amazing views of Channel Islands. Surfing is excellent just steps from the house. Have stayed at many beach homes. By far we think this is our favorite. George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

We enjoyed our stay and could relax and unwind near the Ocean. The beach was extremely close and though cold and rainy, we could go on daily walks in the sand on a very quiet, almost private, beach. It felt secluded and peaceful. Nice to enjoy the hot tub when we got back!

We loved our stay at Aloha Hueneme and had a great time. Donovan and Gretchen 's place was a great find and looked way better than the pictures. The location was ideal and was like a little piece of heaven. The house had so much natural light which elevates the mood greatly and being very close to the beach was an added advantage. We will definitely come again when visiting this area.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Holly's house! It's an amazing location, just a few minutes walk to Butterfly Beach and a few minutes walk to the Coast Village for restaurants and shopping and anything you need! Also, it's right near the start of a fantastic bike path the runs along the beach going to Santa Barbara. Our family rented bikes, both pedal and e-bikes, and we hardly had to drive at all the the week we stayed there! Ryan let us borrow boogie boards, beach chairs and a kid's size surf board and our kids were swimming in the ocean every single day even though it was Dec/Jan. On New Year's Eve, just after the sunset, a huge pod of dolphins swam within about 20 yards of where my kids were swimming - so magical! The Airbnb fit the description and matched the photos online. It's definitely more on the rustic side but that was fine with us! We love to camp and it felt a little like camping since we all slept in the same room. The back patio and fire pit was lovely!

Maddi’s place was perfectly situated - walkable to beach, funk zone, even zoo! That was a wonderful surprise perk we hadn’t realized until a day was just a tad cold to sit by the water all day). The place was just as expected, clean and comfortable, with wonderful upgrades in the right places (hello bathroom). The hot tub was used daily during our stay, and it’s nice to have the private outdoor space back there too. We couldn’t fit our SUV in the dedicated spot because of our cargo box, but street parking was easy and safe right outside. We frequent SB, and will definitely keep Maddi’s place on the top of our list for future trips.

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽
