My stay was absolutely amazing. And the hosts were incredible with responding to me and communicating effectively. They connected me with a driver (Hartley) who accommodated all of our transportation needs and was so helpful and kind. If you want a peaceful, private vacation but also want to be close to hip strip (20 minutes away) you must stay here. A GREAT stay!

The place was excellent as far as price, service and privacy! Staff was friendly and helpful. There are neighbors who partied until 4 am one night of the 9 nights we stayed there.

Kc’s place is like my new home away from home. It has a very inviting presence. The inside is nicely decorated and boast a relaxing atmosphere. It is exceptionally clean with a beautiful kitchen, new appliances and very modern furniture. Every room was well thought out with a very home-like feeling. There is also front porch and a relaxing enclosed back patio. The property is located on top of a hill in a well kept gated community with security guards. I felt very safe there. It has a swimming pool and places to walk around. It has a breathtaking view of Montego-Bay especially at night when it’s lit up. There’s a beach close by, many restaurants and shopping areas. Can’t wait to go back.

Island Flat my home away from home , when ever I travel to Jamaica. I don't want to stay anywhere else. I am spoiled . I have completely peace and feel so safe. The view from the balcony or looking out of the bedroom window is so beautiful. Meganne and Ramone are great. The fact that I can walk and be a part of the community is great. The fact I can get my steps in walking up down the hill is awesome. I will definitely will be booking for my next vacation which is my birthday. Trust and believe you will not be disappointed.

It was my second time staying with Fay and it was everything I was looking for in an apartment while traveling to Jamaica for part vacation and working remotely. Great location that is easily accessible to all tourist attractions and local businesses in Mobay, but in quiet Bogue Heights and away from all the hustle and bustle of the city below! Efficient WiFi, cable tv, A/C, hot water, clean linens, beach towels, stacked kitchen, very clean apt, etc. - Fay did everything to make the apt feel homely…I HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful villa inside and out! Spacious accommodations that had everything you need. Perfect location right next to the pool. Loved the boat ride from the back of the villa to Doctors Cave Beach. This villa will definitely be at the top of list for our next vacation in Jamaica!!

Our host was so gracious with our requests and really worked with us to make the best of our stay. The townhome is beautiful and had everything there to make us feel right at home! Pristine clean everywhere and the beds were so comfy! I would stay here again!

ONeil and his team were very responsive during our stay and very helpful hosts! The property is exactly as listed on the pictures (if not better) and we were given plenty of recs for things to do, places to eat, etc. would recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Jamaica!

What can I say about this location??!! First, our driver Lee was extremely kind. He drove us to get groceries and dropped us at the house. Nick, is such a pleasant person. He welcomed us at the home, showed us around, and made sure we understood how to work appliances, hot water, lights, etc. Marie checked on us to make sure we were comfortable ❤️. We were welcomed with Jamaican patties, juice, and water. The home was amazing: with appliances, washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi throughout and spacious. I especially loved the breeze blowing through the downstairs back windows and master bedroom. Slight issue with the water, but that was quickly taken care of. My family had an absolutely wonderful time at this location and we will definitely return!!! Blessing to Nick and Marie for making us feel right at home!!

This location is spacious, beautiful and clean. We were attending a wedding and this location was the ideal place for us. Lavern was helpful with helping us find the location to her Airbnb and also the wedding location. Whenever I’m in the area again and need a place to stay I will definitely use this location.

Stephaine is very wonderful the place was very nice the only thing i was confused about was the pool, i thought the pool was connected to the hone we were staying in but it was actually the community private pool, the washer was broken but she had someone pick up me and my family of 5 clothing and was them and brought them back to us that was very nice … 10/10 i recommend her place!
