Villa Tor is a fantastic new villa in the most beautiful part of this UNESCO World heritage Site. You will not be disappointed in the location which is peaceful, set within majestic mountains, but still only 5 minute's drive to Perast, which is by far the most beautiful part of the bay. The beach and great restaurants are close and there are several supermarket nearby. Mladjen is a charming and knowledgeable host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was superb. He stocked the fridge full of everything you need, including lots of soft drinks, water, coffee & tea and even wine and sweets. When we arrived we were surprised and thrilled to find Mladjen had installed heating in the pool so we could make use of it during our stay in October. The heated pool was a real highlight of the holiday. 5 star gadgets - super air con, power showers, robot cleaner and even a milk frother! Mladen made our holiday by organising a boat trip to see all the sites and generally being a superhost.

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Eine atemberaubende Aussicht! Wer eine idyllische Auszeit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist auch super für längere Aufenthalte ausgestattet. Alles war wie beschrieben und Mathieu sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung! Danke Mathieu :)

No photos can capture how beautiful this place is. Right upon arrival, you get that “Wow!” effect, and then it only gets better. The marvelous mountain stream with a thousand small waterfalls, which you can hear from the bedroom windows, creates a fairytale trail where you’ll fill your phone’s gallery with pictures. Walk a bit upstream, and you’ll discover an abandoned, tiny old mill. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals that you can enjoy at the large table on the beautiful covered terrace. Our children loved it when sheep and cows passed by the road in front of the house every day on their way to pasture. And the surrounding mountains—look at the high plateau on the way to Jablonow Vrch, and you’ll uncover a different world. Unbelievable views and unique experience. The hosts are kind and helpful. Their love for this home is palpable in every corner, and it’s no wonder. You’ll find everything here for relaxation : quiet rest and adventure. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות בבית של אלכסנדר. הבית מיוחד, בנוי מעץ במקום שקט בטבע, גדול ומרווח. הבית נקי ויש בו חדרים גדולים ונעימים, מטבח גדול ומצויד היטב ופינת אוכל גדולה ומסביב לבית יער גדול. בנוסף, אלכסנדר הוא מארח יוצא דופן: אדם חם וידידותי מאוד, שעשה הכל כדי להנעים את השהות שלנו בבית. הוא עזר בכל מה שביקשנו ממנו, נתן הדרכה ועצות טובות לגבי טיולים במקום והשתדל מאוד (וגם הצליח) לגרום לכך שימי הטיול שלנו באזור היו מוצלחים מאוד. כך למשל, הגענו ביום גשם ואלכסנדר לקח אותנו בהתנדבות לקטיף פטריות ביער. בנוסף, ביקשנו את עזרתו לארגן טיול ג'יפים באזור ולא רק שהוא עשה זאת, אלא אף נהג באחד הג'יפים והדריך אותנו תוך שהוא מגלה יידע רב ורחב על היבטים שונים ומגוונים של האזור. לסיכום, מאוד נהנינו, מומלץ בחום.
