From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Egy kedves ismerősöm ajánlotta a szálláshelyet.Négy éjszakát töltöttünk a szálláson a családommal.Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Rendkívül segítőkészek voltak.A szálláshelyről Toszkána csodás helyei könnyen elérhetők. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!!!

I nostri host sono stati disponibili e cordiali. La casa è adorabile, accogliente, pulita e ben arredata. Non manca niente. Il posto molto tranquillo, come speravamo. La cucina è ben attrezzata , ed abbiamo potuto goderci la cena a casa dopo una giornata in giro. Siamo stati molto bene.

CampoPineta ist ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Tolle Landschaft und gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und Alessandra ist ein freundlicher Mensch.

This was the perfect place for our family! We have some roots in Italy so we travel there often, but are always looks for new and interesting places to stay and experiences! Highly recommend!

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

Sehr gute Lage. Nähe zu Lucca. Wunderbare Aussicht von Oben. Die Internetverbindung ist etwas schlecht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat viel Scharm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia war unser Kontakt vor Ort. Sie war stets schnell zu erreichen bei Fragen und hat sich auch regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles ok bei uns ist.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

The photos do not capture beauty and character of this place. Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

Casa stupenda, super spaziosa, è piena di comfort. La vasca da bagno con idromassaggio é stata la ciliegina sulla torta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Fuori Firenze, quindi é tranquillo, con parcheggi gratuiti. È a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Firenze, ci si arriva benissimo. Chiara é stata super disponibile. A ognj mio dubbio o problema mi rispondeva velocemente risolvendo ogni cosa. Se dovrò tornare a Firenze, rivaluteró sicuramente questa casa.

Cosimo's place is stunning - picture perfect. We appreciated the space to accommodate our large family, the outside settings areas for the adults to relax and the grounds for the children to play amd explore.

Vi var två familjer som bodde i huset under en vecka. Cris var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående kring incheckning, utcheckning och övriga frågor/önskemål som vi kom med under veckan. Huset är till stor del avskilt från övriga delar av gården med egen trappa till poolområdet. Villan ligger en bit upp från dalen och erbjuder ett avskilt boende från Vaiano med fina vyer och små vattenfall på baksidan. Det finns goda möjligheter för promenader och löpturer längs vägarna utanför boendet. Då vi bodde där i oktober så var det lite kallt inomhus och vissa utrymmen kunde upplevas som kyliga eller fuktiga.
