The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

Maria's place totally blew me away! She was so quick to respond and incredibly friendly. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I can't wait to stay there again in the future.

This is the second time we've stayed At The Dunes. We love this place! It is big enough to fit myself and staff comfortably, and we are not on top of each other. The host was super responsive when we asked about things, and even brought us complimentary wood for the fireplace, which we loved at night! We will be coming back every year!

Just minutes from the hustle and bustle of San Jose and you’ll never know it. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!

Had a great stay! Place was super nice and is in the best location possible with restaurants and stores right underneath you…mall across the street couldn’t ask for a better stay and what I loved the most was how responsive and kind the host were def will be back!!

Our multigenerational family (two seniors, four millennials, three kids, and two infants) loved this condo. We were through a door, down some stairs and on the beach. The interior of the condo was spacious enough for our infants and little kids to play. There were not a lot of Knick Knacks and breakables so kind of kid proofed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with pots, pans, lids, bowls and utensils. Our local guest contact provided us with coffee pods for the nespresso coffee maker, which was a super treat. Any questions were quickly answered by Jay. Evolve is very well represented by Jay, who really understands customer service and literally delivers it. We were all checking the availability calendar for this property for future trips!

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Busy location and within walking distance of Lincoln Avenues cafes and many shops. Walkable to Willow Street Park.

Wonderful stay on Santana Row. The location can’t be beat. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space for the entire family. The outdoor space was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a nice time at Irene and Gary's place for a two-night stay while en route from Los Angeles to San Francisco. They were friendly and warm via message, providing clear instructions on how to reach the suite. It is well-equipped and in a peaceful location. We had everything we needed for a short stay and felt welcome throughout.

It was a lovely stay, the house was as described . Very quiet neighborhood in general, except one weekend night when the neighbours house had loud Karaoke till very late . Mayela was very responsive and replied to all queries . Also allowed us flexible check-out . Overall lovely apartment and would definitely repeat staying here if we visit San Jose again . We had a lovely stay for almost 3 months -- 2 people and a small dog. It was a very good value. I want to call out the hosts for being very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them. The review by "Volkan" in October 2024 is very accurate and detailed. There are some cautions to be aware of, but nothing caused significant problems for us. I worked from the bedroom several days, and bought electrical adapters from Home Depot to deal with the wiring. Nearby Henry Schmidt Park was a fun place to take the dog. Neighbors were friendly.

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

This was a great condo that was really convenient for my family's little spring break vacation. We had our toddler with us as well as our parents. There are beautiful paths around the grounds of the resort and only a five to ten minute walk to get down to the beach. The condo had a beach wagon, towels, and beach toys for us to borrow. There is also a footwash fountain right next to the condo which made cleanup really easy. In the evening we watched the sunset from the balcony. Overall the place was really clean but very cozy with lots of amenities, and David answered all of our questions within minutes. The parents loved it so much they want to make it a tradition, so maybe we will be back someday!

Excellent place, perfect location and easy beach access. Great location to make great lasting family memories. Highly recommended and will return in the future.

Gorgeous resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of ocean from patio. Wonderful walk down to beach, a bit steep, but worth it. And availability of golf carts to take you down to beach or around property is nice. Restaurant was way overpriced for a limited menu and just so so food. And it'd be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

Beautiful home for our family to stay at. Everything at the home was well updated and it seemed like there was always something close when needed with the place well laid out. The area is beautiful. Lots of walking, hiking to do. We had 2 young kids and they enjoyed the pool there and the beach is a 5 minute walk from the home. The fireplace was used nicely on the chilly evening and we would come back again!

Greg’s place was beautiful and peaceful. Greg’s instructions on how to locate the condo were perfectly described, and he was responsive and helpful when I had any questions. Would definitely book here again.

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

This condo is in a great location at the resort. The view is beautiful, perfect walking distance to the restaurant, pools and beach. The beach toys were much appreciated! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, even a hot water kettle for tea. I appreciated the homey touches and a beautifully decorated space. We had a great time.
