Renta de villas vacacionales en Monterosa

Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 coppie di motociclisti, ci siamo trovati molto bene, villa splendida. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà sull’ultimo tratto sterrato fuori dalla proprietà a causa della presenza di fango e pozzanghere. FABIO è stato molto chiaro e disponibile e la sua collaboratrice ci è stata di grande aiuto. Valutazione estremamente positiva.

This place was a little jewel. A gift hidden in the forrests. The drive up and down was magical each day. Note, you 100% need a car to be able to access the house. But once there, it's everything the listing says and more. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the beds are made, there are extra towels and napkins, there is wood for the fire, bottles of wine as welcome gifts. And the hosts! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. As a family that enjoyed their privacy, we were very grateful not to have to share the house with the host family. We were there on our own, the entire time. Children can scream and play and run around, with no fear of bothering anyone. The view from the dining room is to die for. This really was a magical find, and at an amazing price too.

The Villa is an excellent stay for large families with lots of children. It is spacious and secure, the pool is great and there are many, many rooms. There are private areas and a large communal space. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. It is very close to Alba and the wine area of Barolo and Barbaresco. The twin is walking distance Adolfo provided fantastic advice for what to see and where to eat to get the best possible experience of the region.

Dieses Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht! Wunderschön und ruhig in den piemontesischen Hügeln gelegen. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation von einer anderen Welt. Bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. La luna bouna ist auch positiv zu erwähnen und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Der beste Einstieg in den Urlaub :) Danke Samantha!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Tolles Haus für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Es liegt sehr idyllisch mitten in der Natur. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell an vielen guten Klettergebieten und an den Stränden. Der Pizzaofen war ein Highlight und der Kaminofen macht's im Winter wunderschön warm. Ideal war es auch für die sechs Kinder, die im und rund ums Haus auf der großen Terrasse und im Wald viel Platz zum Spielen hatten. Marco war jederzeit erreichbar und zur Stelle, wenn man ihn mal brauchte und super nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃

We had a great time at Kevin’s home in Novello! The view of the vineyards and mountains is even more amazing than the photos! We enjoyed sitting by the pool, at the outdoor table, and covered terrace off the bedroom. The walk to Novello is beautiful. Kevin was the best Airbnb host we have had!

We had a fantastic weekend at the Castello. The accommodation is excellent and the views from the terrace and pool are breathtaking. Everything was beautifully clean and the kitchen incredibly well-equipped and stocked. It had everything we needed, even for the cooking class we had organised one evening. The location is stunning with lots of walking and things to do nearby. Would highly recommend this place for groups of friends or family looking for somewhere spacious and private to stay.

Our stay at Ca de San Lorenzo was a dream! This is a beautiful family home perched in the cliffs above Santa Margherita, only a few minutes drive from town and a very unique property. The house has everything you could ask for and more and the garden, with its multiple levels each holding its own surprises (a swing-set, a pizza oven, an olive grove, a pool), makes you want to stay forever. However, that would be a mistake because Elana provided incredible recommendations for everything the region has to offer and help and advice on what to do, see and eat! Everything about our stay was great and would highly recommend Ca de San Lorenzo to anyone.

La casa è molto confortevole, in una posizione unica e con una vista splendida a 360 gradi sulla campagna. Ampi spazi, sia all'interno che all'esterno, ben attrezzata. E' la seconda volta che veniamo e anche questa volta è stata una vacanza splendida! La consiglio vivamente!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

"Una casa che non ti aspetti, un'esperienza che vale il viaggio". Avevamo scelto questo posto perché volevamo qualcosa di particolare e le foto ci avevano incuriosito, ma l'esperienza dal vivo si è rivelata ancora più bella. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso e privacy molto ben tenuto e curato nei minimi dettagli. Tantissimo spazio, ideale anche per chi come noi era un gruppo grande con bambini. Abbiamo soggiornato solo per un paio di giorni e deciso di esplorare le proposte culinarie del meraviglioso Monferrato, tuttavia la casa disponeva di una cucina a dir poco incredibile che siamo sicuri farebbe la felicità di chi ama cucinare o vorrebbe invitare uno chef a cucinare per i propri ospiti. Alla ricezione abbiamo trovato Adriano che è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Tip top, grazie!

Casa Clara was a wonderful place to stay - the house itself was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything we could ever need. The location is perfect with an absolutely stunning view. Completely peaceful and surrounded by nature, but just a few minutes drive to amazing dining. We loved the Roero area. And most importantly, Laura was an incredible host. She was immediately responsive and eager to help us plan our trip. Her recommendations and personal connections were more effective than many 5* hotel concierges. Every single recommendation was excellent and every request fulfilled. We can't wait to return!

Amazing house in a hilly area in the Piemont. We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful house & pool and all the great restaurants & wineyards in the area. The owner was super proactive and always responded quickly. I can recommend everyone to stay there. PS: we were cycling in the area, I can also recommend the house for this purpose!

Nous avons passés un bon week-end. La villa est conforme au photos. Bien située si vous voulez du repos ou faire la fête . Le jardin est magnifique , la piscine est très mignonne . Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans hésiter . L’hôte est très sympathique.

Solo fuimos por dos dias, pero fue ideal como lugar para establecernos y salir a pasear por la zona. Si bien no toco buen clima, es muy comodo y tiene una vista excepcional. Cuando llegamos habia un canasta con alimentos y agua que nos ayudaron mucho ya que llegamos tarde.

Tolles Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt um einige ruhige und entspannte Tage im Piemont zu verbringen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt in Städte wie Alba, Asti oder Acqui Terme ideal gelegen. Sehr viel Platz im und ums Haus. Tolle Extras, wie die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der E-Bikes, einen Billardtisch oder ein vorhandenes Weinsortiment. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet.

Il soggiorno a Crescentino ha superato le aspettative. Una casa meravigliosa immersa nel verde, funzionale sotto ogni aspetto (riscaldamento, pulizia, spazi ecc) e che ci ha consentito di vivere un weekend di relax e divertimento davvero bello. Alberto è stato un host disponibile, attento e molto amichevole. Dal canto mio posso solo consigliare a tutti questi piccola oasi di tranquillità poco distante da Torino

Herrliche Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Für zwei Paare ein Traum. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Tommaso war allzeit erreichbar und war sowas von nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage kaum zu übertreffen - wir empfehlen dieses Haus allen, die gerne gemütlich und entspannt wohnen möchten (mit viel Platz und wunderbarem Pool) und trotzdem in kurzer Zeit all die umliegenden Orte besuchen möchten. Tommaso: DANKE! Wir kommen wieder!

This is a wonderful home for a beautiful family vavation. The pool is fantastic, the house is spacious and beautiful. Also, all three bedrooms have AC, which is well-appreciated. Camilla is a great host too who immediately reacts to messages. We spent a total of 17 nights and could not be happier. Toirano is a special place and you will enjoy it as the base og your Ligurian place a lot. You will enjoy this fantastic house.

La maison d'Alessandra est absolument magique, avec sa très belle vue et sa petite rivière en contre-bas, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Alessandra est vraiment un hôte très sympathique, présente mais discrète. Nous n'avons manqué de rien !

8 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder! Wir hatten tolle Ferien, das Haus ist riesig, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Schlafzimmer 3 von 4 mit Klima, zum Glück😉. Genug Platz, dass auch Bedürfnisse von einzelnen kein Problem sind, genug Rückzugsmöglickeiten, aber auch genug Platz, dass alle zusammen Essen konnten. Das Beste ist die perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Keine Improvisationen nötig, und tolle Sitzplätze draussen, mit Schatten. Mein Glück, wegen der Hitze, war der grosse und auch sehr saubere Pool. Wir waren mit 3 Autos angereist, für alle ist genug Platz, innerhalb des Grundstückes. Andrea ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, für alle Fragen offen und gibt einem das Gefühl, sich wohlfühlen zu dürfen. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Eine in allen Punkten tolle Erfahrung Ausserdem ist Alassio ein schönes Städtchen, von dort aus auch andere Ziele gut zu erreichen
