Прекрасные апартаменты! Очень уютно и чисто! Квартира очень светлая, с прекрасным балконом и закрытой террасой. Когда мы там находились, был достаточно сильный ветер, поэтому закрытая часть балкона была очень актуальна. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и всегда был на связи. Все вопросы, которые возникали, решались в кратчайшие сроки. До апартаментов удобно добраться, но нужно учитывать, что ближайшие достопримечательности находятся в небольшом удалении. Спасибо за возможность остановиться в этом прекрасном красивом месте!

This was my LIR to Arenal interim stop on way to La Fortuna since we landed after 2:00PM. I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night. It was clean and very elegant yet homey. The view in the morning was to die for.

The views from this apartment are beautiful! The apartment itself was very clean. We were only here one night but wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and walks around the property.

This condo is in the most beautiful location, perfect view of the volcano from the balcony!! The space was clean and comfortable beds and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with large jet tub, and in suite washer and dryer. The host had great communication. Responded quickly late in the evening to our booking request to let us stay in his beautiful place, saving us from the original nightmare Airbnb be booked for that night! I can’t thank the host enough for the responsiveness and the truly wonderful condo right on Lake Arenal!! P.S. Completely ignore the person that left the low rating review about this place. The person should be ashamed to leave a low review for such an incredible place!

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Nos encantó el lugar. Muy cómodo de irse a pie al centro y que el carro quede seguro. Muy limpio y ordenado. Anfitrión super dispuesto a ayudar y de forma rápida. Solo le agregaría un pizquín más de tratos como platos y sartenes...

Tanyia and Rod are truly the most kind and welcoming hosts with the most beautiful property. It was the most lovely stay, so calm and beautiful, a true oasis of a home. The air bnb has everything you would need in terms of livability, such as kitchen tools and cooking essentials along with being beautifully clean and comfortable in every way. Would highly recommend staying at any of Tanyia and Rods homes :)

El lugar es tal cual se describe y las fotos son fieles a lo q se encuentra real. el lugar limpio, tranquilo y bien equipado. El TV, internet, AC, agua todo funcionó bien. Lo único a mejorar: las camas (colchón) un poco duros pero es más subjetivo. Al llegar no podiamos acceder a las llaves pero el anfitrión nos resolvió de inmediato cuando lo contactamos. De ahí desplazarse a Monteverde o La Fortuna en vehículo está relativamente cerca (45 min +/-). Todo bien y recomendado.

Gregory's place is very nice and spacious. We are a big group with 6 families and stayed at Gregory's property for 5 days and had great time. He took care of our group from the moment we booked Airbnb till we leave property. He is always available on phone and helped us during our stay. His property was one of the nicest property I have seen with huge trail overlooking mountains and we can enjoy fresh fruits like coconuts etc... His staff at the property are very nice and was available to us all the time. Its a huge property with multiple Condos and I recommend this property to anyone ranging from 1 to 10 families.

This place was perfect for our group of 5! We were greeted by Dawer who is so sweet and helpful and the space was clean, comfortable and very safe. Andrea was generous and accommodated our request for special gym hours and even welcomed us to work out with her group. The space is close to town so one could easily walk to restaurants and grocery stores. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nos encantó el lugar está increíble para ir con la familia, a 10 min de la fortuna en carro, super tranquilo y segura la zona, disfrutamos mucho la alberca y la terraza. Jorge siempre al pendiente contesta enseguida nos recomendó de todo y nos solucionó enseguida!!! Me sentí como en casa! Feliz!! Seguros de regresar pronto!!

We were in a jam and needed somewhere to stay for the night very last minute. Not only was booking super quick and easy but the host was so responsive and helpful and even had their on site team check in on us when we arrived to offer assistance with whatever we needed. They were so sweet and helpful and we felt instantly right at home! This was the perfect place that my family of six needed and wish we could have stayed longer!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at Paradise Ranch. The location was just right to drive to either Arenal Volcano or Monteverde Biological Preserve. The view of Lake Arenal was outstanding, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. Our local host Kristalin was very helpful to greet us and answer any questions that we had. The place was clean, well equipped for cooking dinners and stocked with fresh fruit. My only suggestion is that the driveway is very steep and I would recommend using all wheel drive, which we had anyway. I would recommend renting this place anytime.

Marys tiny house is super modern, very clean and stylish. Your living room is outside - with wonderful big plants . Everything is green, comfortable with candles on the terrace etc. . You have much space and in the kitchen is everything you need, also coffee! The only point is the road nearby, but during night is ok.

Matao and Joanita were amazing hosts! They responded to all of our questions quickly and offered extra help contacting local residents for extra amenities like cooking or fresh food. They left us some treats for the kids and were genuinely caring about our stay at their house in Costa Rica. I had fresh (delicious) coffee and hot chocolate in the morning which made me feel right at home. The house was immaculate and that was quite refreshing after a long day of travelling. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you’re looking for a nice quiet countryside ambiance.

This is my second time staying with Bev and it has been by far the best experience. Always attentive and responsive. I always recommend my friends to stay in her place because its location is right in the middle from arenal and monteverde. Each way about 1hr and 30 min. The place is cozy and clean, the road is still rural but not difficult to drive in.
