Words cannot accurately describe our feelings about this place. We have stayed at our fair share of airbnbs, and this was our favorite yet!!! Pristine, beautifully designed house in the most magical mountainous setting. We enjoyed the sunset almost every night from the hot tub and didn’t want to leave it! The hosts were very responsive to questions and gave clear and helpful instructions for getting to the property, which is much appreciated in an area like Monteverde. We already can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!!

Great place at a bargain price, well appointed with a comfortable bed and awesome sunset views from the balcony. I would recommend having at the very least a high clearance car if you're planning on visiting Santa Elena/Monteverde—the roads in the area are mostly gravel/dirt and have some serious hills. All in all Karla's place was as described and close to many things to do in the area. I highly recommend checking out El Tigre, it is an epic hike. Pura Vida

Wow! This place is exceptional - truly the nicest place we have ever stayed. Luis has created a sanctuary amongst the mountains. At all times you are surrounded by greenery whether inside or outside the house. The amenities of this place are amazing. The pool was such a nice treat to come back to after a long hike - we enjoyed it both during the day, when there are beautiful views of the mountains and lake and for stargazing at night. The soaking tub in the rooms with floor to ceiling windows was also beautiful as well as the blackout shades with the option of projecting films - pure luxury. The way the place is decorated is serene and calm, everything natural, making it feel as though you are always outside, even when you are inside. Luis himself was such a lovely host - he helped us with transportation around town and also for booking transportation to our next destination. He was so so helpful and kind. Could not speak more highly of this place! It was so hard to leave!

This place was wonderful! Beautiful location with stunning views of mountains and ocean. Gorgeous sunsets. The property and grounds are perfectly kept with trails and a natural spring to explore. Just like paradise! the home is spacious with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and the patio seating areas were fantastic! We love this place!

Amazing place! Even more impressive in person than in the photos! Loved the open feel and the view! Diana recommended a massage therapist who came to the house and gave amazing massages out on the deck. The downstairs (separate 3rd bedroom) was perfect for us (the introverts of the group). It afforded us the feeling of staying with our family but having our own space. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any ABnB we’ve stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and we loved that we had coffee grown on the property! Really cannot say enough positive things. We felt like valued guests.

Villa Tres is wonderful. The views are spectacular, the house is clean and modern, and the heated pool is tremendous. I highly recommend this house, and we’re looking forward to returning.

The house is only accessible via a very bumpy road and takes about 20 minutes to reach when in Monteverde. It is beautifully situated by a stream and surrounded by a gorgeous garden with a pool. The interior is very inviting, and we found the house to be impeccably clean. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. The shower is also spacious and has good water pressure. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the internet works perfectly. Andrés and Karin contacted us multiple times to ensure we found the house easily and felt comfortable. They also provided us with several tour suggestions, but we only visited the Bosque Nuboso, as we had already done a lot of hiking and wanted to take a day to relax. Relaxing at this house works perfectly.

Un lugar precioso. Tal cual se describe. Muy privado y la piscina un 10, con su temperatura ideal para el lugar. Todo super limpio, bien distribuido y amplio. Super recomendado. Importante saber que deben registrarse en otro sitio, donde se obtiene el acceso.
