Great location. Good proximity to restaurants and local stores. Had a little issue connecting to WiFi. Jorge worked on it immediately and offered to buy me a sim for my phone. Last but not least the view of Arenal Volcano is perfect. Definitely Worth the Value!

This was a great place to stay! I was able to enjoy and relax with the shared pool and found the entire stay amazing. It is gated access including parking which made me feel safe and secure as a solo female traveler. My guess is it was about a 1 mile (~1.6 km) walk into town and it was right off the main road which made it convenient and easy to find. The check in process was easy and straight forward and the host was very responsive if I had any issues or questions.

LaCasona is a gem, we stayed for 2 weeks. Very close proximity to main road where all stores & restaurants are, several grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance. Our host was always available & we had several interesting conversations with him. The maid service was a big “ plus” & was available on a daily basis if we wanted. The pool area was most welcomed & refreshing after a hot day out, it felt like our own back yard! Definitely recommend & we hope to be back!

This is an excellent pet friendly house to stay. Neighborhood is quiet, secure, and surrounded by nature. Extreme Adventure Canopy Park is a walking distance. 100% Adventure park is 1.6 miles away. The house has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen and a twin to accommodate up to 6 people. Each bedroom comes with bathroom and hot water. It has parking lot too. The kitchenware level is basic but enough to prepare quick meals such as spaghetti, omelets, coffee, etc. The house it has also laundry room. Yorlenny is an excellent host and she can also give you very good tourism recommendations in the area. I stayed with my family for two days and normally I like to rent outdoor houses surrounded by nature and quiet neighborhoods to rest fully and recharge the batteries for the next adventure. If you like my comment, what are you waiting for, book now!

We loved our stay in one of the deluxe bungalows. The outside porch area with jacuzzi was perfect and where we hung out most of the time when not exploring. Lots of birds visiting. The jacuzzi was especially great when it was pouring rain in the evenings, just had to make sure to turn it on before we left for the day so that it was nice and warm when we got back. The only thing to note is that you’re not likely to get a hot shower, water was lukewarm, but it was not a problem for us. We would come back to stay here if ever in the area again.

Great place to stay and easy to get to. Close by all the fun things to do in La fortuna. Was easy to communicate with and easy to check in. Clean place and I would stay there again.

Bon séjour avec une très belle vue pour bien commencer et terminer la journée. Nous avons apprécié de voir des oiseaux et des animaux depuis le balcon de l’étage.

We have been coming down to Costa Rica for 20 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Luis was a great host. The walking trails to the waterfall was amazing. We can't wait to come back

Very clean. There is a bakery a cross the street otherwise, close by car to grocery store, close enough by car to center Santa-Elena. A lots of circulation in front of the house so a bit noisy but the fan in the room help as a white noise. The bed that we slept in was a bit hard and noisy but not the end of the world. We really like the house and the backyard. And with a real hot shower!!

Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked and nice size. I think my favorite part was the washing machine! Wilson was a great host and always very responsive. You can walk into town (kind of a long walk) but having a car was very helpful. Note: the only hot water is in the shower. I shaved while showering so not a big deal. Also there is no air conditioning and trust me, you do not need it at night. It gets cold!

En definitiva era lo que se esperaba con las fotos, incluso mejor, había un aroma muy agradable en el lugar, y una amenidades, no faltaron paños, no falto jabon, no falto papel, todo estaba perfecto. Lo único a destacar es la entrada de la localidad lo cual queda fuera del control del anfitrión, y por ello no lo considero a la hora de la evaluación del lugar, considero que si la persona que va no tiene mucha habilidad a la hora de manejar o va en un carro excesivamente grande le resultará de gran dificultad, pero si se es capaz de manejar y no lleva un carro gigante, nada del otro mundo

La Casa Monarca est un appartement très confortable. Avec notre fils de 7 ans, ma conjointe et moi avons adoré notre séjour à Santa Elena / Monteverde. Vanessa et sa Casa Monarca y ont grandement contribué. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Logement sublime, magnifique, incroyable, somptueux… bref. À voir absolument. De plus, l’hôte est très chaleureux. Nous recommandons !

We loved out stay at Moni's house. Mónika was a wonderful host. She and her husband Toni met us on arrival and provided great information. Toni arranged a night walk tour with transportation for us which was awesome. It is a beautiful home. There is a nice view from the balcony. One can see the ocean in the distance. There are some things that one should expect in Costa Rica beyond anyone's control. The map from the AirBnB listing shows only the approximate location which is always the case with AirBnB everywhere not just Costa Rica. This is quite understandable I think. The instructions when subsequently provided however, shows the exact location and it is easy to find. We drove right up to the driveway. It is nice to be near Monteverde but away from the Hullabaloo downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cristian y su esposa son muy amables, están al pendiente en todo momento, sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

I had a one day stop over while visiting Arenal and la fortuna waterfall. Christian went out of his way to ensure I was greeted properly and the views from the room were amazing. the cost is very fair for the location and view and nice pool to wake up and have a dip into. I will definitely come back and give recommendation to all that this is worth every penny! thanks to Christian and his wife for sharing your space

Waking up to such a beautiful view of the lake was definitely the highlight of this place. I really enjoyed our stay. Cindy and the staff were very friendly and honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Cindy was an amazing host making sure that we were pleased with our stay.
