We had the opportunity to stay here as guests when the hosts were first getting the place ready to share two years ago. It's every bit as charming, welcoming and comfortable now as it was then with some nice touches added. We look forward to staying with Josh and Gretchen again for another perfect quiet family getaway.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I've stayed at numerous places in Colorado over my lifetime, and this one has to be the best. The location was ideal for us, and the place was fantastic. The views, the huge deck with an amazing hot tub, the spacious living area with enough seating for all 6 of us (and then some), the most amazingly stocked kitchen of any rental - the list goes on and on. The entire host team responded quickly and gave us local recommendations, as well. My father-in-law is already talking about bringing the grandkids next year! My dad told me several times a day what a great find I made. We all loved it so much and can't wait to return! Thanks for a great week!

Pablo and Betty were great! Super responsive. We had a little trouble starting the hot tub jets, I messaged them, and they took less than 5 minutes to come out and help. The are was peaceful and quiet perfect for a relaxing weekend. I would definitely stay again with them.

Nick and the team did a wonderful job of hosting. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the hot tub was breath taking. I am a Colorado native and this was the perfect home to show my in-laws the area! The kitchen and dining room windows were large and let in so much natural light!

Libby’s place may be small in space, but it’s big in comfort & all things cozy!! We adventured during the days & enjoyed dinner on the grill or on top of the tiny stove after while playing a game of cards or watching a favorite movie together. Sleeping well was much appreciated after our long days, and we did just that with the quiet country as a backdrop & plenty of blankets to keep warm! We do plan to return to the area sooner than later and hoping our new found home-away-from-home will be a available then, Thank You!

Absolutely loved Mark’s place! So much to see and do right out the door. Mark is such a gracious host with beautiful decor, fantastic guide and history books and, his photography is amazing! Every detail of this place was well thought out and we loved every second of our stay. We booked both the cabin and bungalow with our daughter and her husband and truly enjoyed our time together. The hikes out the door are terrific and the history on this land is awe inspiring. We hiked in and around the area several times and had a great time! Highly recommended stay with a super-friendly and gracious host.

This was hands down the best airbnb experience we have ever had. The home we stayed in was very unique and beautiful. There was plenty of space and with nice comfortable furniture and beds. The home had every ammenity you would need. There were several outdoor spaces to hang out including a fire pit facing the mountains. It was so peaceful and quiet with access to grocery and restaurants that was less than 5 minutes away. The hosts were more than gracious, friendly, and communicative. The home had panaromamic views of the mountains. Mesa Verde National Park was also only 12 minutes away. 5 stars, would stay again! We loved our exeprience!!!
