This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

We had a great stay. The space has everything you need and a large yard and patio area. The ceiling in the upper room is a little low, but not bad.

It is a nice place we did enjoy a lot our stay.

We had an incredible stay at Seyed Hamed’s place. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, the communication was excellent. Host was very responsive. The house was spotlessly cleaned, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals including some interesting recipes written on a note. The location was perfect, located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy commute to the DC downtown (45 minutes-1 hr).

Great space for a large group and/or family. Nice back porch and patio/deck as well. The Tri level split home was unique and different. We had a comfortable stay and no complaints.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We had a lovely stay at Susan's home. The house is much more spacious than I was expecting and we were more than comfortable as a family of 4 with a dog. The house is spotless and well supplied with kitchen items and linens. The location is perfect - a quiet neighborhood but in walking distance to downtown Takoma Park and a lovely neighborhood park for the kids. Susan was incredibly accommodating when we had to extend our stay unexpectedly,

It had everything you needed. It was super clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend their place.

The location was perfect, with easy access to great dining options and public transportation. I loved being just two blocks from the bus stop, making it effortless to get into the metro area each morning. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, offering a great balance of convenience and tranquility. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting D.C. and would absolutely stay here again!

The location was great - 10 minutes from my son's house with easy access to stores and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood which felt private and safe. House was exactly as description read and Trish was very responsive.

Jeff and Peggy's place was very nicely done and everything was spotless. it was just like the pictures and seemed bigger than it was. very comfortable and private. we loved our stay and I would highly recommend staying there. everything was perfect.

Really cute, comfortable apartment. The hosts were lovely! Only downside is parking is very city & hard to find. I would not suggest coming with a car.

For my first time to DC this place was great it was private and was close to everything I was trying to visit in the DC area will definitely stay again when I come back. I highly recommend this place to stay at while in DC

We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

Christopher is a great host. He responded immediately to my messages. His place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were the most comfortable of any AirBnB I've stayed in. We will return when we visit Washington D.C. again.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.
