I live in Mason but couldn’t accommodate 5 family members who visited me from Japan. This place was perfect, especially for my two nieces! They loved the game room!

Amy is so sweet. I even invited her to come by her home for pancakes! The house is beautiful. The beds are nice and the basement is to die for. Two arcade games, a PS4, air hockey and serious workout equipment. The master bedroom with jets is grand. The pool was out of season so we didn't use it, but the back yard has a basketball court and massive outdoor fireplace. It is hard to find anything missing. One improvement could be a place to hang your wet towels in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Perhaps laundry detergent...Amy's guide list what she has...but I wanted to wash my towels so I bought some tide pods and left them for Amy's next guest. I love Cincy and will try to stay at Amy's place when I return...perhaps in the summer to try the pool. Pancakes next time Amy!

If you like older houses, this place was amazing. The bedrooms were good sizes, wonderful lenins, tons of towels. The pool was awesome. The hot tub was great. The patio was wonderful. Nice everything was large space. the dining table sat many of us.. lots of dishes appliances cookware.... We stayed airbnbs that will fit sixteen people this place was great thank you

Absolutely perfect stay- our third year in the home! Fantastic recommend enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and will return for sure. Tyianna really has thought of everything you might need and the house was well stocked, especially in the kitchen. There was an abundance of supplies especially good for kids like plastic cups, bowls and plates which was great. I felt right at home!

We had a great family stay in this airbnb while visiting Kings Island within a 10 minute drive. Many accessible stores and restaurants nearby. Pool, HotTub, and Fire Pit were great for on-site activities. Downsides: outdoor lighting was not all in operation, lighting that did work did not provide much visibility as it got darker and at night. Hot Tub filter notification said it was overdue to be serviced/changed. Hot Water in the master shower would only heat to lukewarm temperature.

My family and I came from out of town and were so happy to find Ian's accommodations -- just a few minutes from where my father lives. We were all impressed with the amount of space, the comfortable living room, the ample back deck and fire pit, and the TV's throughout the house. Everyone was so comfortable. There is a clear attention to detail here, and when we needed to extend our stay by a few days, Ian responded quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Our stay at elsas was prrfect for our business trip. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great deal for a short trip to the Dayton area. House easily accommodated our group size and made traveling a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone taking a short or long trip to the area!

The house is in a small neighborhood and it is located right across from the hospital and a few blocks from downtown...with lots of bars and eating places convenient. It was easy to get anywhere in the Dayton area. The house was adorable--filled with antiques and clever decorations. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Janet filled the refrigerator with everything imaginable--juice, soda, eggs, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc, etc, etc. There are two bedrooms; one elegantly furnished and the other for a child. The bathroom was roomy and modern. Janet checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable.

We stayed atAlicia‘s place because the reviews indicated it would be clean, and that was very important to us. Very pleased with what we found. Carpets were clean, well swept. Also a lot of new tile (& clean) in very good condition. Off-street parking in the driveway was a plus! Washer and dryer were very convenient also. Thank you!

This place was great for us during our stay. Everything was clean and well kept.

The house was located in a nice-looking neighborhood. It felt safe. The price was very reasonable. The house had obviously been updated since it was built. It was clean. There was an ample supply of dishes in the kitchen. There were a couple small issues when we arrived with the volume not working on the TV and the hair blow dryer missing. The owner promptly responded to help resolve these issues. I believe those problems we came across were not due to the owner or quality of the place but rather with the previous renters that had stayed in the place. Overall if I come back to visit the area, I would like to stay in this house again.

Fabrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again here again.

Royal Alberta was just what we were looking for in Dayton. The house easily accommodated our large group, and the game room was great for both the kids and adults. The house was easy to access thanks to excellent and proactive communication from the hosts. Upon entry, the place was clean with a welcome book available to explain the house and local area. One other extremely nice feature was everything being labeled, including drawers and cabinets, so we could find whatever we needed. Finally, checking out was extremely easy; all we really needed to do was make sure we had everything we arrived with, and the cleaning crews took care of everything else. We will definitely look at Royal Alberta for our next trip to Dayton and highly recommend it, especially for larger groups. Jenny is an outstanding host and made everything easy. Really enjoyed our weekend at Royal Alberta!!

Charrisa’s place was exactly how she had listed it. It was the perfect lil place for us to stay in while in Dayton for a convention. Not far from the convention center. Communication was great!

The house we set up beautifully with everything we needed! Full kitchen with everything I needed to bake and cook for my family. Absolutely loved the little playroom and the acreage was absolutely wonderful for the little ones to explore!

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group! We felt safe in the area, which was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. The game and theater rooms added greatly to the fun of our stay! Naseeb was consistently proactive and responsive. Given our flight time, we were hoping for a later checkout, and she was gracious to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very clean and great communication from owner

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!
