In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Place was comfy and bathroom was beautiful. The bed in the master room was a little hard but other than that the house was well maintained & comfortable.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

Nice bungalow home that had all the amenities and more. Clean and comfy. Host was very responsive and accommodating

We are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb! After a disaster at another place we had originally booked, the host graciously accepted us last minute, and we couldn't have been more relieved. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the space is – it's stylish, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and we really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Everything was amazing, and we can't recommend this beautiful home enough. Thank you for making our trip so much better!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Excellent stay with perfect accommodations and great backyard. Spacious kitchen and first floor living with great office and additional bedroom upstairs. Was perfect for our needs.

What a wonderful experience from Check-in to check-out. It was a stopping point on our travels to Myrtle Beach and what a find it was. The place was very comfortable and well stocked. Angela and Elliot were very responsive, had wonderful recommendations and were not at all intrusive. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the coffee press. Beds were extremely comfortable linens soft and having access to a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. Best feature by far was the back patio. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so we utilized it often. We also enjoyed the walk ability of the neighborhood. What a gem. We loved it so much we booked it again for our trip back home. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at [JH Rentals Company ]’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Very clean and looked exactly like the photos. I rate this place a 10/10. The communication with [JH Rentals Conpany] was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Nikki did a great job. Responded quickly to the few little things that we needed help with. WiFi password and such. Minor quirks aside as any place will have, the place fit my needs.

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

The host was very responsive. We got snowed in and the maintenance person showed up within 15 minutes, helped me unstuck my car and cleaned up the driveway. Highly recommend!

A beautiful space. Light and airy. This is the very nicest place I have stayed in Philly,in a lovely house, very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The bed is so comfortable, the kitchen easy to navigate , the living room is comfy and has a table right by the window. Parking is plentiful and the streets are wide and great for walking the dog. Sarah is a wonderful host, responsive, very friendly and fun. She has a huge and sweet pitbull, Ramona. This is a great place to stay, and so, it gets booked really fast. I check every time I come to Philly, and I have been lucky a couple of times. I hope you are lucky too.

A very nice, clean and well-equipped place. Just perfect for our needs. The attention to making the place accessible, ramps, auto-lighting on the walkway, etc is wonderful! My husband at 96 was very comfortable.

This was a last minute stay for me and not only was the host responsive but the place was just as listed and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe!

Friendly guy! Had some good conversation. Place is well kept. +'s: convenient location, many amenities little provided/available if needed/wanted (greatly appreciated). -'s: You may be able to hear people outside and/or upstairs, so if you're sensitive to sound, bring earplugs (not bothersome, just noticeable) . No black-out curtain, so eyemask if that's your thing.

Pat was terrific. Quickly responded to all of our questions. Home was well appointed and clean. Perfect for our family weekend! Would definitely stay again.

Eine super Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage. Super Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und keinerlei Probleme mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr sauber vor und alles war wie beschrieben enthalten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
