My friend and I stayed here for our spring break weekend trip. The place was very nice and the bathroom was beautiful. Lots of things to do in Clarksville and Nashville! We had a great time and loved our airbnb!

Nice place. Simple but has everything you need, is easy to get in and out, and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown area. The coffee downstairs is a nice touch. I liked it and would stay again!

Stayed there 5 months very clean place and host was very responsive. Mrs. Sherri is a great co-host!

Stayed two years! That’s how super the place, the price, and the Host/co-host have been for me and my family. I really hate our stay ended! This place will be our first stop if we ever need a place to call home.

Clean, beautiful, felt like its home

I have really liked staying in their townhome. It’s very comfortable. A home away from home. They are very responsive and helpful. They are very sweet people that make staying at an Airbnb worth it.

Awesome host. Super kind & helpful. The only issue we had was not having enough towels available but there is a washer and dryer so we could wash them & use them!

Had a great experience, perfect location for anyone looking to be in the middle of the Nashville experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay. So close to everything you need there in Nashville. So many food places and very close to Broadway and the concert arena. Perfect spot for some time in Nashville. Please was very clean and towels were awesome. Bed was very comfy as well. Absolutely recommend this place when staying in Nashville.

Wonderful place in Waverly! If we’re coming back next time will definitely choose this place to stay at again. :) Instructions were clear on how to get to the Airbnb, large space was perfect for our family, the host was very proactive and responsive to all our needs. Thank you Betty!

The home far exceeded our expectations. We had a weekend getaway to explore Nashville - 4 couples. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated (the best one I've seen...jaw dropping beautiful and Nashville theme decorated)...it really set the tone for a great weekend. The rooftop was the perfect place to relax and have some fun. We enjoyed the games and the view. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were great and it was nice to all have our own 'private' one to use since the shared ones had 2 doors and one could be locked. The vanity inside the closet was a nice touch and convenient when getting ready. The kitchen was well-equipped. We spent a good amount of time in the pub on the lower level. Karaoke was a blast. The little extra amenities like k-cups, soap/shampoo, q-tips, etc. was appreciated. They literally thought of everything and made it feel like home! 100% would book again next time we're in Nashville. 10+ rating.

It was a nice place to stay near Nashville. The hottub and deck were nice. There were a lot of wasps swarming the hottub (it’s out in nature so that happens) but other than that it was great.

What can be said about this place.. it is beautiful and spacious... the bedrooms where clean and spacious... the deck patio space was beautiful. Quiet area and neighborhood that is under regentrification and is close to everything from Hattie Bs, to FISK, to TSU, to Broadway, everything felt it was 10 to 15 minutes away. We really enjoy the stay and the city of Nashville. Thanks Chris for a great week...
