Nice location on first floor overlooking the golf course. Clean and well appointed. Owner saved my bacon when I left something valuable behind. I didn’t realize I’d left it until I was in VA. She let my daughter in law back in to retrieve it for me. So very grateful!!

If you're considering a getaway to Montgomery, Texas, I can’t recommend Kya's condo highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this rental was a cut above the rest. The condo, which spans two levels, is immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. One of the highlights was the layout—my daughter had her own space and bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. The condo offers ample room for a family and is fully stocked with everything you could need, plus a delightful welcome gift that made us feel instantly at home. The lake view is simply stunning, and the tranquility of the area was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. We took full advantage of the fantastic amenities: a pool, gym, and laundry facilities right on-site. Plus, the Maragritteville Resort and yacht club are nearby, featuring additional pools and live music—perfect for making the most of your evenings. Kya went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Thank you Kya!

The apartment itself was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and filled with small touches that made it feel welcoming. After enduring an unlivable situation before arriving here, this home felt like a true sanctuary- a place where we could breathe, unwind during such a difficult time. When we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay, the hosts were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had a seamless transition and could continue enjoying this beautiful retreat without any stress. To top it all off, the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. When I left something behind, they didn’t hesitate to reach out, ensuring I got it back safely- a gesture that speaks volumes about their care and hospitality. I cannot thank our hosts enough for providing such a beautiful and well cared for space. I'd return in a heartbeat!

Although the condo is cozy my wife and enjoyed the property for 7 1/2 months while having our new home built. The surroundings are amazing, with a lake view off of the back patio, and a great treed neighborhood for our daily walks. Shopping and great restaurants are a short drive away, with a few within walking distance. Matilde is a great host who promptly dealt with any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay for six weeks. The location is beautiful and it is a quiet area. Very walkable and the dog park is 1 mile away. The laundromat is by the main office and affordable to use.

Eric and Laura were amazing hosts. They had great communication and were very prompt in accommodating our needs. I was able to meet Eric and he was extremely kind and helpful. The condo was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our bass boat and we're able to park the trailer at the launch 2 minutes away and keep the boat plugged in right at the dock outside the condo. Having a laundry on site just next door was helpful and easy to use with the app. We would stay again if we come back to Texas!

We had an incredible stay at this lakeside condo! The view alone makes this place worth booking—it’s absolutely stunning and the perfect spot to relax after a long day of fishing. The location is fantastic, and the overall setup of the condo is great for a peaceful getaway. That being said, for future guests, I’d recommend coming prepared with a few basics. While the main areas were cleaned, some smaller details—like dust on the dishes, a bit of dirt in the corners, and well-worn kitchenware—could use some extra attention. The pillows had visible long-term stains, so bringing your own might be a good idea if you’re particular about that kind of thing. None of these were deal-breakers for us, and Sarah was a very responsive host, which we appreciated! If you’re looking for a great lakeside retreat with a breathtaking view, this is definitely a spot to consider. Just keep in mind that it has a well-loved, rustic charm! Would we stay again? Absolutely—because that view is hard to beat!

2nd stay here, always nice, on the lake with a balcony. Units are a tad dated but certainly had everything we needed. Janet is a great, responsive host. I would stay again, but would like to see a little more routine maintenance. That would have made for a more pleasent stay. Would still recommend this location.

Kendra was very friendly. Instructions for location and check in were very accurate. The condo was extremely clean. My daughter loved the games provided. I highly recommend staying here and we will stay again.
