The space is beautiful! Richard was really responsive and helpful. The wifi was lightning fast. Plenty of garage space, and driveway space. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everything about this place was amazing. My family and I enjoyed every ounce of the place. Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed the house! It had a lot of amenities between the pool, movie theater, and the outside space was great with all the games! We were there for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for all of us and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us. It was great having shampoo, conditioner and soap in every shower! When the pool control wasn’t working the host was responsive and told me the app to use and got it up and running right away! Any questions or concerns I had very answered promptly! All my friends couldn’t stop saying how much they loved the house and how perfect it was!!! Thanks again!

We had a great time staying at this house! The place is gorgeous and is in a very nice neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are spectacular. It was great to have the boat dock right out back. Beds were comfy and the house was super clean. There were two minor things that could be improved (hot water takes awhile and two shades in top right bedroom don’t work) but I still easily give this AirBnB a 5 star rating. Thanks Amy!

We LOVED our stay here, beautiful & serene - the perfect relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a big group - outside games, kitchen supplies, seating, beds, etc. We would 10000% come again, we loved it so much!!!! We even had an accidental mishap with one of their outdoor games & they were kind & communicative with us. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a beautiful lakefront location.

Our family enjoyed the house. It was clean and accommodated 6 adults and 2 children and an infant. The pool was great for the kids, the hot tub was fun, and there’s a dock to fish from. The laundry room has an additional refrigerator, so there’s plenty of room for food and drinks for everyone. We spent most of our days outside on the big back porch with the pool and tv and dining table. Very comfortable. The inside of the house included tv’s in every bedroom and a vaulted ceiling in the living room which made it a great place to cool off in after swimming. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. We had an issue with a light in the living room and a handy man was sent out quickly. We’re already planning for next year!

Alexis was a very friendly host she made us feel at home. It was very easy to check in and check out. She was very responsive to the messages and provided us with what we needed. She is also flexible with her reservations and will try to find solutions to keep you comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re in the Woodlands.

The pictures listed inside the Home were Accurate and on Point 🤩. Coming in from Aldine Westfield the area is not so pleasant, although once arrive You will be surprisingly Pleased. Very nice setup not to Big not to Small just right 😉 for a Family getaway. The Patio is Cozy with just the right lighting. A big "Plus" Jose actually answers himself if there are any questions you may have 👍🏽👍🏽. My Family and I will most definitely be repeat Guess 💯.

The house was just like the pictures. Very clean and well socked. It was a great place to paddle board and kayak. We enjoyed the fishing as well. Elizabeth was very responsive, but we did not have to contact her much as everything worked as per the detailed instructions that she provided.

I had booked a different AIRBNB for my stay but due to issues needed to find another place to stay. I had inquired about this house before my trip but choose another place due to the many steps here. Fortunately, Clinton's place was still available so he was able to get me in the next day. I was traveling with my dog so it is not easy to find an AIRBNB to accommodate a 40 lb dog. I will say my dog loved the back yard ! There is a upper back deck so she was able to be on the deck and look over the neighborhood. There are a lot of steps as this is a traditional bi-level house. The coffee bar was very much appreciated and very well stocked. There is a Ninja coffeemaker that will prepare drip coffee or you can use the Keurig. House was exactly as described and very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite, while still being a very close drive to all kinds of shops and dining. Host was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Sam was an incredible host! He was very kind to accommodate our group on short notice after our original Airbnb had to be canceled due to flooding. He even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our party of 10. The kids’ room was stocked with toys, and the living room had plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. The only minor issue was the bathtub, which didn’t seem clean—likely because it’s not often used—but we needed it for our little ones. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we’re so grateful for Sam’s flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great neighborhood, right on the lake, close to grocery stores, and the house itself was exactly as described.

Brooke's house fit perfectly for a wedding I attended in Lake Conroe. The home was ultra-clean, beautiful, spacious, and perfect for the 3 of us staying. Check-in was super easy. The yard was clean and safe for our pet Chihuahua. The swim spa was an awesome bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. 10/10 Recommend Brooke's place!

we had a wonderful stay. Wendy is an amazing host abd corrected any concern immediately. only issue at all was the neighbors dogs that barked at us when we would go out back in the evening. but Wendy contacted the neighbor right away and the problem.was fixed. l9vely home, very clean convenient location!

Great place to relax for a few days in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of The Woodlands, but not that far away. Melissa is a great host. Very responsive. The pool is amazing and the kids loved getting up close with the chicken, goats and cows. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house and location in The Woodlands. The inside of the home was very nice with tons of space for our big family. The hosts are incredibly responsive and eager to help with anything they can. A bigger trash can in the kitchen or toilet paper that isn’t 1 ply would be the only possible areas to improve in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
