This is our third time staying at Gina's lovely home.. We have always felt comfortable. It's a very quiet neighborhood and very familiar to me, as I went to nursing school in Radford. such great value for such a lovely home. Close to the college, great pizza, coffee shops, brewery, hometown pharmacist, banks, ABC store, library, and lots of cute shops in Radford and West Radford downtown.

Fantastic stay! Loved the view, peaceful surroundings, and the house was gorgeous. Very comfortable and fun base to hike nearby parks. Definitely a nice stay and we will return.

Fantastic location for walking to downtown Blacksburg and the Virginia Tech campus, and the park adjacent to to the house was great for our dog. The home was clean and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. Communication from the host was timely and clear. We'd happily stay here again!

Jonathan is truly a super host. He was very polite and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The house itself is beautiful with gorgeous views. It has all the convenience of home with space heaters and fans in every bedroom. Definitely will be back.

Justin & Diana's house was awesome. We travel to Blacksburg to visit family and finding a place to stay is always a quest. We were a group of two couples with our 4 legged friends and we were very comfortable in this home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are split so we were able to spread out when we wanted to or be together. The hardwood floors were nice for the dogs and the backyard was amazing. While we were there to visit family in town, this place would be incredible if you were there to visit the VT campus. The amenities were also amazing. There was nothing we needed to buy or bring. Everything was provided including coffee for the Keurig. We hope to return in the future for our family visits.

The Huckleberry Hokie house was perfect for us. Came up to do a tour of VT. The house is so close to campus! An easy walk. The house is at the end of a dead end street. Super private! The home was cozy and we felt at home. Everything was wonderful!

The home was very nice clean, comfortable and well appointed. Beds and linens were clean & cozy. Kelly was responsive and gave very clear instructions.

Giulia has a very nice apartment that was clean with plenty of room. Although close to town, there is a remote feel as the house is surrounded by woods - a definite plus for me.

Fantastic place to stay for a long girls' weekend! House is gorgeous and worth every penny!!! We were there in January, and it was still amazing. Can't imagine what it's like when it's warmer!

This is our second stay with Danielle. A perfect location when visiting the Virginia Tech campus. The property is conveniently located and absolutely beautiful. Danielle is incredibly helpful and responsive. The electric, water, and sewage are well positioned for easy set up on a level driveway surface. 10 out of 10 experience! Looking forward to return visits.

This was the perfect spot for my daughter’s graduation. Close to restaurants and shops, plus plenty of room to spread out in. If I need to return to Blacksburg, I’ll book Kate’s place.

I would highly recommend the "Pool House". It is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of wildlife. I even saw deer grazing in the back yard in the evening. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to any of your needs. I will certainly return again in the future.

we absolutely loved this rustic cabin. The private location and ability to walk around was great. we also enjoyed the fire pit and front porch swing. The antiques and artifacts were amazing, but I really love antiques and history. Pam was also fantastic. She checked to see how we slept the first night and also gave us ideas of things to do around town. Thanks Pam!!!

This was a perfect place for us for a weekend volleyball tournament--literally 12 minutes to athletic venues at VA Tech. The outside is not much to look at--and you have to look carefully to get the right house--but the place was well appointed and clean. And far more convenient than we expected--less than 5 minutes by car to Panera or Starbucks, and a host of restaurants. The interiors are a bit less snazzy than appear in the photos, but wonderful morning light and vistas onto some of the neighboring countryside. And the hosts were very accommodating. Don't think twice about booking--it's convenient and economical.

Stayed a couple of nights when I came to the area for a fundraiser bike ride. Pretty much just slept there and don’t spend much time otherwise. Convenient location and met all my needs. Chris was responsive.

Beautiful farm cottage with plenty of space inside and out. The cottage construction is beautiful, everything is in new condition and the cottage is stocked with all the amenities needed. Very large for a 'cottage'. The property is beautiful, with a great view of the countryside, and outdoor amenities like a fire pit, koi pond and hiking trails through the woods. There were even two deer waiting for us in the yard when we arrived. Just a 15 minute drive into Radford for great dining options. Not far off I-81. Made a great stopover for us on our travels, but would love to have a longer stay here. The trails through the woods were a great benefit for exercising our dog. Highly recommended. We've stayed at numerous farm cottages, and this one is at the top of the list.

This was our 2nd stay at David's and it did not disappoint. Much needed weekend to disconnect. Beautiful surroundings, nature, goats & chickens are always a plus! The best part is always the friendly dogs! We were guided on a nice hike to a waterfall by Bear! We will be back!

We enjoyed visiting friends in Blacksburg and coupent have asked for a better experience! Julie was super nice & responsive. I enjoyed private room while daughter slept on the couch- thanks for the linens! Couch is super long, so she didn't pullout. nice amount if extra pillows and blankets. Fenced back yard was such a treat for our dog! She really the amount of space and enjoyed cookies all times of the day. Felt like home being in a neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful and peaceful rental for our trip to see family in the area! The motion light in the driveway was a welcome surprise when we got in after dark from dinner. Loved the RokuTV (especially pleased with the Air BnB privacy feature that we hadn’t seen before). We will surely try to book here on return visits.

This was a spacious house. There were two large tables so we had plenty of room to eat and play games. We had trouble getting the lock to open, but we contacted the owner and he was able to get us in right away. I would definitely stay here again.
