Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Das Haus von Angelo hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und vor allem auf die Insel Giglio. Das Grundstück ist terrasiert aber riesig. Vor allem unsere Hunde haben die Weitläufigkeit des eingezäunten Grundstücks genossen. Das Haus selber hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Wir waren diesbezüglich sehr froh, da wir auch den ein oder anderen Regentag hatten. Das Haus besitzt zudem alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Wir sind diese stets gefahren, haben aber auch ein sehr leistungsstarkes Elektroauto - das Fahren am Berg ist damit relativ einfach. Angelo ist sehr liebenswert und war stets erreichbar. Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir uns in Porto Santo Stefano getroffen - ohne Einweisung hätten wir das Haus vermutlich nicht gefunden. Auch bei einem Stromausfall war er binnen kurzer Zeit am Haus und brachte uns die Schlüssel des Schaltschrankes. Das Haus von Angelo und auch Angelo als Gastgeber können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Spędziliśmy cudowne wakacje we wspaniałym miejscu. Apartament był zgodny z opisem a z tarasu mielismy widok na przepiękny basen przy którym mogliśmy wypoczywać. Stefano i Cristian przez cały nasz pobyt byli gotowi nam pomóc gdybyśmy tylko czegoś potrzebowali. Stefano to najlepszy gospodarz i polecam wszystkim pobyt u niego.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

Proprietario: super disponibile in pochi minuti o anche secondi. Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)
