We had a great experience in staying at Andrea and Alessia’s place, I truly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Rome. It’s a small but very cozy apartment, very close to thw center of Rome (walkable to every tourist attraction) and in great distance to a number of good restaurants. The instructions provided by Alessia were excellent and clear and we had the easiest check in you would want by arrival to the place! The apartment was spotless clean and on top of it, we were welcomed by wine and snacks in the kitchen, which was a very unexpected but pleasant surprise! Apartment offers anything you would need during the trip (coffee machine with a bowl of coffee pods available from the hosts, blow dryer, towels, etc.) Furthermore, Alessia has given us a list of suggestions for places to eat, which was extremely kind and helpful! Thank you for hosting and highly recommended!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Giovani communique par la plateforme avec facilité et courtoisie, les explications sont claires, le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il anticipe les questions que l'on peut se poser et est très discret malgré la proximité de son logement, celle-ci est rassurante au cas où un problème se présenterait.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa casa, un’esperienza che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. L’appartamento è un perfetto connubio di eleganza, comfort. La pulizia impeccabile è stato subito evidente. Un’alta caratteristica molto apprezzata è stato il posto auto privato, un vero lusso considerato la posizione centrale dell’appartamento. Questa comodità si è rivelata inestimabile, permettendoci di esplorare la città senza la preoccupazione di dover cercare parcheggio al rientro. La host è stata eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. La sua comunicazione è stata impeccabile fin dal primo contatto, con risposte rapide e precise a ogni nostra domanda. Il processo di check-in è stato fluido e senza intoppi, grazie alle sue chiare istruzioni e alla sua disponibilità. Durante l'intero soggiorno, si è dimostrata attenta e premurosa, sempre pronta ad assistere in caso di necessità, rendendosi disponibile anche il giorno della vigilia di Natale. La consiglio di cuore.

Giannicola was a great host! Very responsive and informative regarding things to do and restaurants. Place was well located and easy to get to and from the metro station. Would recommend, thank you!!

siamo stati ospiti di Giorgia per due notti, in 2 adulti + 4 bambini. la casa è esattamente come da foto, con ottimi spazi ben distribuiti. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente la fermata dell'autobus che porta alla stazione metro Bologna sulla linea B, diretta per Colosseo. La zona è tranquilla, trafficata pochissimo, non sembra nemmeno di essere a Roma! Giorgia un'host fantastica, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli per spostarci, dove mangiare e posti da visitare. Abbiamo trascorso veramente dei bei giorni, super super consigliato!

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

L’accoglienza è stata perfetta, flessibili sia nel check in che check out . La casa era esattamente come in foto, pulita, ben organizzata e rifinita con cura. Spazio esterno, ben organizzato e molto gradevole . La posizione della casa è perfetta per chi è in auto e non ha voglia di soggiornare nel caos della città. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il posto ideale per godersi le vacanze. Casa splendida e accogliente, giardino curato, posto auto comodissimo, tutto in zona alla portata di mano con la macchina. Giardino grande ideale per chi come me è amante dei chihuahua, per loro diventa immenso hahah Un grande grazie ancora una volta alla carissima host Lucy, sempre super disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi cosa, piena di ottimi suggerimenti come dove andare in zona, tant’è che non vedo l’ora di tornare a godere questa bellissima casa la prossima volta che torno a Roma, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità lontano dal caos della città. Consiglio altamente!

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Staying near Termini Station makes complete sense, no matter how long you intend to stay. All the main attractions are within a sensible walking distance. This apartment is owned and managed by a private Roman person and is stylish and thoughtfully designed. If you're loud and looking for a hotub, this isn't the place for you. We loved it.

Even prettier in person than the photos. Loved coffee on the garden patio. Location is wonderful for Colosseum and Roman Forum. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby with a market across the street. The place was spotless and modern. Highly recommend!

Carlo was a great host, welcoming, friendly and communicative. He met us on arrival and patiently answered all our questions. The apartment was fantastic and felt right at home. well equipped and cosy, the flat was an easy 15min walk to the Vatican. Recommendations for restaurant were top notch too. Thank you Carlo!

We cannot thank Carmen enough for her hospitality during our stay. Carmen was helpful, kind, caring, accomodating and made us feel right at home. We arrived in the evening with LOTS of luggage and a 9 month old baby and Carmen helped us take all our luggage up the room and settle in so quickly. She had put so much effort in for our little one and having amenities such as extra toys and a high chair made life so much easier. Carmen was so attentive and we cannot thank her enough for being our host! For anyone visiting with a pram- just an FYI that the lift to the room is quite tight so you just need to be prepared to collapse the pram/stroller each time. No issue for us just a heads up as the room is on the 4th floor. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much Carmen- you’re awesome! X

Super logement. Correspond tout à fait à la description. La proximité des transports en communs et de nombreux restaurants est appréciable après une journée à marcher en ville. Cristina est vraiment accueillante et très gentille.

The apt was amazing and right next to some of our favorite local restaurants. Everything was clean and many amenities were included. Finally Fabrizio was excellent in communication and was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!
