For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Siamo stati alla casa la sartina una notte per andare il giorno dopo da albus alpaca, la posizione è perfetta, a soli 5 minuti dall'allevamento, e a circa trenta minuti da Montalcino. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i riscaldamenti accesi e siamo stati benissimo nonostante il freddo esterno, la casa era pulita e tenuta in condizioni perfette. Wir waren Ende September für 8 Tage in der Unterkunft. Federica, die Lage, das Haus, die Anlage ums Haus waren einzigartig und sehr schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Frederica ist ein tolle Gastgeberin und Probleme hat sie und ihr Mann zügig gelöst. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, Warmwasserversorgung und Heizung-alle Themen wurden zeitnah behoben. Nahe der Unterkunft ist die Zugstation Orte, von dort fährt mehrmals ein Zug nach Rom, das kann ich nur empfehlen. Günstig, pünktlich (nicht wie die DB) und Rom ist eine Wucht! Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder buchen, falls es uns wieder in die Region verschlägt.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

The place was great, the views were amazing, the location was perfect, and Luci was an amazing host. She goes above and beyond trying to make sure you have everything!

Our stay at the fattoria di Peruzzo was an absolute delight. We were hoping for a peaceful break in Tuscany and Peruzzo delivered! From waking up every morning to a breathtaking view, exploring the olive groves to lighting a cozy fire in the evening, we were absolutely blown away. We loved exploring the Grosseto region and were given fantastic recommendations of key attractions from Giulia. I will be recommending this amazing farm stay to friends looking for a place to visit in Tuscany!
