Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

We appreciated the opportunity to stay at Alessandro’s beautiful place. Plenty of room and the bedrooms / bathrooms were perfect. Enjoyed time up in the patio and the view of the beautiful Duomo. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere! Thank you Alessandro for your hospitality.

Difficult to explain the chemistry of this place and the 24/7 support that Amanda provides. If you are looking for the perfect Tuscan retreat then look no further.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder 😊

A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
