La villa è perfetta: spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di moltissimi comfort. La posizione è ottima perché situata nel cuore della Toscana ed è facile raggiungere le principali località turistiche che offre la regione. Il proprietario è sempre stato molto cordiale e disponibile, si è sempre dimostrato attento alle nostre richieste. Consigliamo il soggiorno!

Tosa Welcome è una struttura eccezionale, camere confortevoli, pulizia impeccabile e un'accoglienza calorosa che ti fa sentire a casa. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Imola e dintorni. Consigliatissimo!

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Beautiful peaceful home and 10 minute walk to beautiful Montecarlo for relaxed evenings in local restaurants. Great location to go and explore (by car and train) Alpuan Alps and Florence. Really relaxing week away, thank you!

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Londa. Boendet har en fantastisk utsikt och ligger väldigt privat högt upp i Londa. Leonardo och hans fru är fantastiska värdar som välkomnade oss till boendet och gav oss en ordentlig tur av boendet innan de lämnade oss ensamma. Leonardo var även väldigt snabb med att assistera oss vid minsta problem och var alltid trevlig. Boendet har allt man kan önska sig och är väldigt rent och välskött. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att man gör ett besök här. Det enda negativa med platsen är att trafikanter kör väldigt fort på den slingriga vägen påväg upp till boendet, så det säkraste är att ta bilen för att röra sig i området.

Unser Aufenthalt von 12 Nächten war durchweg positiv, alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir konnten sehr viel Zeit am Pool genießen, gerade bei der Hitze waren wir sehr dankbar dafür. Man sollte auf jeden Fall auf Mücken gefasst sein, die teilweise sehr lästig sind, aber das gesamte Häuschen ist mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, sodass man zumindest Innen keine Probleme hat. Wir waren auch über die Ventilatoren dankbar. Marta, Paolo und ihre Familien sind sehr freundliche und überaus zuvorkommende GastgeberInnen, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, vielen Dank! Gerade Pistoia ist sehr sehenswert in der Umgebung, in Lucca war zu unserer Zeit sehr wenig los. Die Nähe zu Florenz ist auch sehr gut.

Daniele e sua mamma sono stati davvero gentili. Ci hanno fornito utili informazioni in merito al paese di Vicchio e hanno risposto subito ai messaggi. Se dovessi tornare a Vicchio tornerei qui, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e zona molto tranquilla Grazie di tutto!

Geweldige accomodatie, zeker prijs/kwaliteit geweldig. Ondanks het slechte weer dat wij tijdens onze reis hadden, hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad in deze accomodatie. het tennisveld en de grote tuin bieden veel mogelijkheden tot buitenactiviteiten. Om dan nog over gitanrische zwembad MET springplank te zwijgen. Tot slot was Guido zo vriendelijk om ons bij vertrek af te zetten aan het dichtsbijzijnde busstation wat ons een 2 ritten uitspaarde. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie alleen maar aanbevelen!

L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

Wonderful stay. Me and my friends can definitly recommend this AirBnB (We were 12 Persons, but their is more room for 2-4 other guests). Communication and the Villa were amazing. Super supportive and instant reply from the holders. Just amazing. Hope it will be free to book for next year vacation! We had the most amazing stay. Such a beautiful home in the beautiful setting and views are stunning. Hosts went over and above to help us with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Vi var et samlet selskab på 11 gæster og er alle enige om, at en bedre host ikke findes. Stedet er endnu bedre end billederne, og et sted vi meget gerne vil tilbage til - de bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Eine unglaubliche schöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Garten - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Aussicht - Enspannung pur! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher nochmal zurück.

We hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen een heerlijke tijd gehad in de villa. Het huis is prachtig, ruim, schoon, smaakvol ingericht en zeer goed geoutilleerd. Het is omgeven door een enorme tuin, inclusief een beekje en een waterval. De communicatie met de verhuurster was snel en vriendelijk. Ze heeft ons op mijn verzoek in contact gebracht met een cateraar die het diner op de eerste en laatste avond van ons verblijf verzorgd heeft, dat was geweldig! Kortom een aanrader voor een familievakantie !

Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben und gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit Franco und seinem Vater verlief einwandfrei. Das Haus mag nicht leicht zu finden sein; wir wurden an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt, was Vieles erleichtert hat. Mit großen, sperrigen Autos war die Strecke nicht leicht zu fahren, aber machbar. Die Ausstattung war super, ein kleiner Backofen war vorhanden, er hätte ruhig etwas größer sein dürfen. In einem Bad stehen Dusche und Toilette sich gegenüber und nach der Dusche ist erstmal das halbe Bad sehr nass. Stellte für uns aber kein Problem dar. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind wunderbar! Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub bei Franco und finden, dass Preis - Leistung stimmten. Wir können Francos Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hoffentlich selbst nochmal die Möglichkeit, wieder zu kommen!

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

We adored our stay here. The pool was epic according to the kids. it was clean and had everything we needed. communication was excellent - despite our many questions! flexibility on the check-in time was very gratefully received as we d been up since 1am traveling. we soon got used to the mountain roads and saw lots of the local area however Pesica itself is lovely. tons of space for our group of eight. we d love to come back

un séjour inoubliable au calme, le paysage au réveil vaut la peine. Caterina été très gentil et réactive à nos demandes/ questions . On se sent comme à la maison . Merci encore à Caterina pour tout, c'est une Hôte en or 🙂

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone per 3 notti. I due appartamenti offrono tutto il necessario e una piccola depandance dá spazio anche per altri due posti aggiuntivi. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort e ubicata in posizione strategica per visitare gli splendidi dintorni toscani. Lucca a 30', Firenze 50', Pistoia 20'. Nei dintorni suggestivo borgo di Montecarlo, con buone soluzioni per cenare. In estate si può godere di ampio giardino e di una piscina, oltre ad area barbecue. Assolutamente consigliato in tutte le stagioni

Well what can I say? The house is fantastic , rural charm in a modern style, with an attention to detail only the Italians can do. We travelled with 5 in the family. Myself wife and three children aged 5 , 8 and 10. The pool is amazing and gave the kids constant entertainment. You are 30 mins to Florence and Pisa and 15 mins to Lucca. We enjoyed days in Pescia and Collodi at the amazing gardens and Parc de Pinocchio. It was so good to have Francesco onsite, his English is excellent and the family are so nice. Ducks, goats, chickens and dogs were a real extra. The jacuzzi bath meant we had our own day spa too! What a place, views of the hills and everything on our doorstep. You must try the pizza from the local restaurant Al Covo, if you find better please tell me. The best family holiday we have ever had , and we have travelled all over the world. Brilliant, and for the money a true bargain. I couldn't recommend staying here anymore. 5 stars

Wauwwww deze villa is geweldig!! We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het huis van Andrea. De ontvangst was hartelijk, vriendelijk en uitgebreid. De villa was brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is fenomenaal en de vooraf beschreven zonsondergangen zijn een lust voor t oog. Rust, natuur en ruimte. Andrea is een zeer attente en rustige host die vrijwel meteen reageert als je vragen hebt. Florence ligt op een uur rijden van de villa. Maar ga ook gerust de nabije omgeving ontdekken. Drink een biertje of cappuccino in t dorpje bij een van de lokale café’s en ga zeker dineren rond zonsondergang bij het Toscaanse restaurant Il Caldetino.
