It was a struggle to find an apartment close to our workplace while also allowing pets, and luckily we found this place! It was very comfortable, the cozy space felt welcoming and clean. Our cats and us really took no time to get comfortable and the emergency snack bag was such a nice touch.

Beautiful unit in Footscray, walking distance to Flemington Racecourse (ideal since we were here for an event there) we stayed for a week and it was more than comfortable. Bhanu was super responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early and answering any questions we had. The unit also had board games which we enjoyed playing. A couple visits from the cat was a bonus 😊

Dave is a great host and this a nice apartment in a very good area. Plenty of restaurants and retail at your doorstep. The complex facilities were excellent (gym and pool). Would stay here again.

Josie was a very friendly, approachable and responsive host. she kept the house ready and clean before our arrival. And the house is just a tram away from cbd. strongly recommend the place who wants a pleasant stay with their loved ones.

Natalie’s townhome was a great property for our family of 6. It was just as described and suited us perfectly. Natalie communicated exceptionally well and the check in and check out instructions were exceptional. Highly recommended.

A great stay. I've stayed in other places in the complex and this is the best by far. Only 1BR, but there's an open area with a desk and big cupboards. In other places the floorplan is the same area but this space would be a tiny 2nd BR, making it feel claustrophobic. Mary's place feels open and breezy. East facing window and little balcony. I loved being welcomed by the sun in the morning and being bid goodnight by the moon in the evening. Only a tiny bit of leaning out gave me a great view of the city skyline. Other touches: in a small space, it's great having cupboard doors hiding the fridge and washing machine - feels less cluttered. Not a lot of bench space for cooking, but for me that's no biggie. It didn't have a tv; I"m a footy fan and as I was staying for a while, Mary provided one. 6 stars out of 5! Thanks Mary.

Excellent location! We love staying at Melanie's place because of the great location, easy to walk to the park, shops and restaurants. Coles is just across the road, Aldi's and K-mart is a short walk away. There is also free parking.

Great hosts, beautiful house, very close to all shops and perfect for a stay in Melbourne.

What a great find, close to the Botanic Gardens and all Melbourne offers! The apartment is spotless and cosy, just as described. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend it. Magda is the most wonderful, responsive and thoughtful host.

Thankyou for a lovely stay for our family of 4! From the comprehensive guidebook, through to all the small touches that made us feel well looked after, we enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed to prepare great meals, entertain our young twins and was quiet and secure. The location is easy for quickly getting into the city, great food options and supermarket nearby. It was exactly like the pictures, we couldn’t fault anything. Next time we would like to utilise the in-house library and pool!

Everything was great! (location, price and the quality of unit) Anna was so easy and fantastic our WiFi was down and she was quick to reimburse us for the inconvenience. Anna also was very diligent in her responses to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, modern with great fittings. Good location between restaurants, cafes and the river (great to walk along into the city). The only drawback was the construction opposite, but we were aware of this before we booked, so didn’t impact us too much and outside of the control of the host! Would happily stay again if we come back to Melbourne.
