We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! This was my first Airbnb experience, and it couldn’t have been better. We were in town for a working dog seminar, and traveling with a working/active dog can be challenging, as hotels are often surrounded by traffic and businesses. This place was absolutely perfect for us—just the right size for two adults and our large dog. The highlight of our stay was the host’s incredible hospitality. They not only allowed us to use one of their horse pastures to exercise our dog but also completely understood why it was so important for him to run. That level of understanding made all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. When we were not using the pasture we kept him on a leash as required and that was communicated ahead of time. We also loved meeting and feeding the horses on the property, which made our stay even more special. The peaceful setting, combined with thoughtful accommodations, made this first Airbnb experience an unforgettable one.

My husband and I wanted to buy a little getaway for my parents for a belated Christmas present. Tanglewood Farm Bed & Breakfast definitely did not disappoint. My parents had such a great time here! They can’t wait to come back! The pop tarts and Sunday morning breakfast was amazing! The suite was clean and cozy. The farm was such a peaceful retreat.

Lindsay’s property is awesome, great place to wander amongst the horses and hang out with the barn cats! And of course the breakfast is amazing!

We had a great stay for my husband’s birthday. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and the farm is lovely. I also can’t speak highly enough about the breakfast option. You’ll love it!

Such a lovely farm! I felt so calm and peaceful surrounded by the beautiful trees , nicely manicured grounds, and best of all, the horses. If you are headed to Southern Pines to compete at the horse park or take advantage of the local professional training opportunities, then this is THE PLACE to stay. Convenient to everything!! Caitlin and JM, and her barn staff were gracious hosts and the accommodations for both horses and humans were safe and comfortable. Caitlin was able to arrange very early morning braiding services for show days and a pre-competition PEMF session for my equine athlete. She was open and accommodating to my need for a pre-show run through of my dressage test with my trainer and worked her lesson schedule around our needs. I even returned home with some of Domingo's homemade queso!! Highly recommended!!

Great place for a quiet getaway. Stayed here for a peaceful ladies weekend. Loved the place, would come back. The hosts provided helpful information, especially about how to find the location. It is remote and has a long dirt drive to the house. It's a little rough in a small car without 4 wheel drive, but i did it in a Prius and made it just fine. It's worth it. The house is beautiful and a great place for a quiet retreat.

This was our second time staying here! The apartment is clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could need. We love sitting outside and enjoying the view of the pastures. If you aren’t in the mood to cook there are great restaurants and breweries 10 minutes away. We also brought two horses that stayed on the farm in a spacious safe pasture with run in shed. The trails are right off the property and go for miles. The dogs love the dog door and the fenced yard keeps them safe. Family joined us for a few days to take advantage of all of the golf course options. Carrie and Bill are fantastic hosts that go out of their way to help make your stay amazing. We highly recommend staying here - it really is horse and golf heaven.

Karen and Mike were both extremely hospitable. The place super clean, cute and comfortable and the food was spectacular! We would highly recommend them.

Cozy Horse Farm retreat was a beautiful, peaceful place in the country. Exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent little spot with a great outdoor area. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property since we had other commitments in town, but it was a cozy and comfortable retreat whenever we returned. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Tiffany is an excellent hostess. The house is iver 100 years old so if you’re looking for modern this may not be for you. The house feels like a home as soon as you arrive. While it is old, it has eveything you need. Kitchen is well-equipped, washer and dryer work great, plenty of space and incredibly quiet. The beds are comfortable and the dining rooms made bugers and fries feel like family dinner. We spent 5 nights and it was perfect for our needs. If she'll have us, we will definitely book with Tiffany again. The Homeplace is, well, like a second home.

This place was really special. Located on an equestrian training facility surrounded by beautiful horses. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Wiebe was friendly and accommodating. We stayed just one night as we were passing through from FL to VA and will most definitely stay again on our next trip.
