Our stay was perfect. The property is better than the photos, and the checkout process is a breeze. Beata is very responsive and does her best to accommodate. I’ll definitely stay here again.

My stay was awesome. My family and I were in the area for the Dig or Die race in Rockingham. Very close to Aburdeen which has a lot of restaurants and things to do. The location is very peaceful. All of the pictures match the listing. We brought our dog with us so the fenced in back lawn was great for us.

What an amazing place to stay. With 6 grown adults staying there on a work trip, it was the perfect place for us to stay, conduct business, build team chemistry, and enjoy the surroundings. If the opportunity presents itself again, I'd jump at the chance to stay there!

Pool area is terrific! Home is more than adequate for our needs and communication has been truly excellent. Rene has been very helpful and flexible to our needs. She provided recommendations for local businesses and restaurants. Not much she wasn’t able to help us with. .

Alissa was a great host; great communication. The home was clean, updated, and comfortable. The open floor plan, particularly kitchen and living room area worked really well for our group. Morning coffee on the back deck looking over the 8th hole at Pine Needles was a treat!

Everything was great and as advertised. Home is nicely kept, plenty of space for the 2 of us, & had pretty much all amenities. Couldn't use the pool in March as it doesn't open until May but that was to be expected. Natalie and I had a bit of a communication issue. I advised at time of booking my plan was to extend the stay 2 more days if the place met my standard (once I arrived and saw it), but Natalie ended up booking a 3 day stay right after mine and wouldn't cancel it. It caused real inconvenience as we had to check out and find another place & that ended up costing me more money with all the fees for 2 days somewhere else. Natalie advised she "couldn't" cancel the other booking but I think it was because that was a 3 day booking & my extended stay was only 2 days. Because this was within hours of my arrival I couldn't see why the other booking could not have been advised that it was already reserved so I think it has more to do with the fact it was more income.

Victoria was very helpful. She met us at the house to personally show us how to use the pool, hot tub, and sauna. She made us feel right at home. She texted us golf recommendations as well.

We were in North Carolina to celebrate Christmas with our daughter and her family. What a treat to find that the house was decorated for Christmas!

Very nice home on a quiet cul-de-sac with a picturesque view of a Pinehurst No. 6 par 3. Conveniently located to area golf courses. Owner was helpful and communicative. Great value for money. Would stay there again.

Lots of room. Easy drive into Pinehurst and Southern Pines.. Great 3-day weekend for our annual college gathering.

Nice, clean, new-looking house inside and out. Kitchen pantry was stocked well. Kitchen appliances were good quality and worked well. Large refrigerator. Large gas stove. Would have liked more "scrubbers" for pots/pans, scissors for opening plastic bags. Large master bedroom and bath. Attractive features. Good shower. Downstairs bedroom and full bath were very convenient. Beds were comfortable. But downstairs bedroom exposed to car/truck lights at night. Room-darkening shades needed. Back deck was very nice and larger than expected. Deck furniture was reasonably comfortable. Good view of the golf course from the deck and from inside. The only real negative about the property was its close proximity to street noise. This wasn't a problem during the day, but 6-7 am in the morning, the traffic noise was intrusive at times. A "white noise" machine or app might help cover most of the noise. Not really able to walk anywhere from this location. Jason was quick with helpful responses.

Perfect place to stay for golfers. House was light and airy and the surroundings were beautiful; the location was perfect. Plan to stay there again next year!

This is the perfect place for a family gathering. We came in from all different states to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. She lives in Southern Pines so it was a great location for us. It was a comfortable home for the family to hang out.

We had all of the grown children and grandchildren gather here for Thanksgiving. This type of home is really hard to find, so we were thrilled to have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beds and bedding were also lovely. Again, it's hard to find a king and 4 queens as well as air mattresses available for guests to use. We rented both units (the whole house), but I didn't think the listing made it clear that the downstairs unit is not accessible from the inside of the house. It worked out just fine, but it's good to know up front. Having 2 full kitchens and refrigerators was very helpful for us since we brought all of our holiday food. The upstairs unit has a spacious living room and the kitchen/dining area worked well for a big group. It was also so helpful to have our dogs welcomed. The neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyable - with walking trails nearby. Overall we had a great time and felt there were many little extras provided that made our stay pleasant.

My family of 4 adults were VERY comfortable; having en-suite bathrooms was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding in Sanford. It was an easy 25 minute drive. The outdoor wedding was July 5th…hottest day of the year…oh how we longed to be back at Angie’s where the AC was fabulous! Separate controls for upstairs and downstairs worked out great for us. The bride quipped “I wish you could make my cake.” So, Angies place was selected due to the photos of the kitchen. The kitchen was perfect! Clean, well equipped, the oven worked perfectly, the refrigerator had all the space needed to store a 3 tier cake. Even tho I was stuck in the house most of the day making a wedding cake, it didn’t feel like it. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the house) is so light and bright with tons windows looking out into the woods; just a lovely space! Angie was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely want to stay at Angie’s on our next visit.

There was plenty of space inside and out for spending time with our family.

I would like to say thank you for the wonderful home service we enjoyed it so much and i understand we didn’t check out at the given time and had a miscommunication i apologize for that but in the end we loved it

We chose this home for the bride/bridesmaids to stay the night before our daughters wedding and other out of town guests to stay the night after. The location was perfect, only 4 minutes from the venue (Magnolia Cottage). the price was good and the house was exactly what was needed. Dan was a great host. Very laid back and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house to others visiting the area, and specially for out of town guests to a wedding at Magnolia Cottage!

We had the most wonderful stay. Carol is a great host! Her place is beautiful and quiet…and right next to downtown Pinehurst and Pinehurst golf. We hope to be back next Summer!

Ken place was charming and clean he was very quick to respond always kind and kept up with the fire wood! 10 out of 10 it was a beautiful place very cozy and private!

We so enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and kindly let us extend our stay. The house is very peaceful and has the most beautiful setting looking out to one of the fairways of #6 golf course. The house is on one level which made it easy for the older member of our family but felt spacious enough not to be on top of each other. Pinehurst is a gorgeous area to explore especially for golfers!

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal prep a breeze for our group of 7. The house itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. The location was also perfect - close to everything we wanted to do. Brad was absolutely wonderful, responding to all our texts quickly. One of the highlights for us was the ping pong table, lots of fun and great for some friendly competition! The only suggestion I have is to add aluminum foil and sandwich bags to the kitchen supplies, but that’s a very minor detail. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place!
