My husband and I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The house was well-equipped and cozy, and the neighborhood was perfect for taking long walks.

Great place, tons of room to spread out. Lots of memories made in the game rooms. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, with everything you need. Complimentary bottle of wine and snack tray was a nice surprise.

If you’re in the SoPi area this is the perfect location to stay. Close enough to everything yet far enough for peace. If you’re reading this stop and just book it. You will be glad you did.

This home was lovely, convenient to shopping/grocery, gas station and downtown. It was exactly as described, and as shown in the photos. Kitchen was very well stocked with state of the art upgraded appliances! A gourmet cook’s dream kitchen (me). Beds were comfortable, decor was very nice, Private fenced in back yard with gorgeous sparkling pool left open even in winter months. Beautifully staged by rental management. Provided towels wash cloths, garbage bags, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, paper towels that most DO NOT! The property manager Kimberly, was VERY responsive. She quickly answered all of my questions after check in and even rushed right over when the touch faucet in kitchen wasn’t working. She also came up with a solution to the bedroom TV controller glitching. I would recommend this nice home and would definitely stay her again. Kimberly is a great property manager and the cleaning staff did a phenomenal job!! Very CLEAN. I was impressed.

What an amazing place to stay. With 6 grown adults staying there on a work trip, it was the perfect place for us to stay, conduct business, build team chemistry, and enjoy the surroundings. If the opportunity presents itself again, I'd jump at the chance to stay there!

Wonderful Airbnb with a great view of the course. The drive in is beautiful and the Airbnb was a perfect little getaway while in town for work.

Alissa was a great host; great communication. The home was clean, updated, and comfortable. The open floor plan, particularly kitchen and living room area worked really well for our group. Morning coffee on the back deck looking over the 8th hole at Pine Needles was a treat!

Jeremy was great … very responsive and gave us a heads up about a cosmetic issue prior to booking and I appreciated the transparency. The location was perfect and the view is amazing. We will rent again from Jeremy.

We come every year in November and have have rented various homes. This was our favorite to date. Clean, quiet and well decorated.

The condo was perfect for our golf trip! Plenty of room for the 4 of us and we had everything we needed! William was a great host, he gave us informative directions for check in and out and made it very easy. We will definitely stay again if they will have us!

Our family all gathered for my son’s wedding - we had more than enough room! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. It was extremely peaceful! The pool was terrific, as well as being so close to the club house and the fair barn!

Jamie’s condo is a great place to stay! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was under construction but we knew that prior to booking. It was a close drive to a restaurants, a splash pad and a few playgrounds for the kids. All in all a perfect place for the a little getaway.

Very nice place to stay with easy check in/out and a responsive, thoughtful host. Was perfect for our family trip to the area.

We were visiting family in Pinehurst and this was just a short 3 minute drive away. Normally, we would rent a larger home but since we really were only sleeping here for this trip, we opted for something smaller and in closer proximity to family. The beds were comfortable. We kept the windows open at night and enjoyed waking up to the birds chirping and ducks splashing in the water. It was perfect for what we needed it for. We did like the balcony, even though we didn’t use it much, as we were out of the condo most of the day. Nice overall. The numbering system in the condo association is a little difficult if you aren’t familiar. We arrived at night but, thankfully, another guest’s review had tipped us off that we might just need to take it slow in looking for the property. I think if the directions specifically told guests which numbered driveway/lot to go into, it would make it easier, especially if arriving at night. Once located it was a breeze to enter and settle in!

Susan was a phenomenal host to say the least!! She proactively added an extra twin bed in each bedroom to accommodate myself, dad, and 2 brothers. Perfectly located to avoid all traffic to and from Pinehurst for 2024 US Open. We didn't open the refrigerator for a couple hours after arriving, but when we did...Susan had a hand written card for us along with a gift basket with wine, cheese, crackers, breakfast, and a case of water. Do not pass this place up!! Thank you so much Susan!!!
