James and Penny’s home is absolutely stunning! The amenities are top-notch, and the house itself is beautifully designed and maintained. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Highly recommend this amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Mullaloo. Fabulous house with a wonderful outdoor area and pool which our family thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts were fantastic with all communication and replied quickly to all our questions. Lovely private and peaceful area of Perth and will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Paul is a personable individual who provided me with flexibility in arrival time. His property is totally individual and offers incredible views from the verandah and surrounding gardens. Couldn’t fault the experience ! I’m hoping to be able to return for longer next time. Stayed there for 6 nights with my husband, 4 sons and 3 daughter in laws. Excellent location for us to visit our Australian friends at burns beach. very well equipped. The boys loved the pool and the BBQ. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We had a comfortable stay at La Mer Vacation house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the property itself is kind of a retreat in itself. The pool area outside is great for relaxing with conversations and coffee. There are enough rooms for the 6 of us and all slept on proper beds, not sofa bed. It is quite close to Quinns beach and driving to the city and other attractions only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. Ron, our host, is very responsive and considerate. He even prepared a complimentary gift basket for us and allowed us a late check out too. Thank you Ron.

Really enjoyed my stay, very comfortable felt like home, and very communicative hosts. I defiantly would stay again.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Has all the basics essentials you need. Great bedrooms and out door space. In a quite location very private and walking distance for some items and top ups. Tracey was a great host and answered very quick. The ducted AC is the best you’ll always be comfortable. Will stay again on my next trip.

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

Such a lovely stay. Had everything we needed. Really chilled and quiet. Super close to Yanchep Lagoon which was so pretty. Nice local restaurants. Lots of space. Good beds.

Thanks Joyce for hosting us in what turned out to be a very hot week in January (44C - yikes). Even with those extreme temperatures we were comfortable with the ducted aircon during the day. Given its location the evenings were pleasant and cooled by the seabreeze. The house is very spacious and comfortable for the 6 adults our party had. The beds are comfortable and the living and entertainment areas were popular. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of everything we needed. We also hosted a dinner for 17 a couple of evenings without any hassles at all. The house is very well located with walkable nearby grocery stores at Alkimos and a short drive to plenty more just South in Butler. Thanks again for a wonderful residence to stay at and the great communication and welcome on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this house, which offered a wide range of games and activities that kept our kids thoroughly entertained. The only minor drawbacks were the beds, which were a bit too soft, and the pillows, which were slightly too high. If you're particularly fussy about your bedding, you may want to consider bringing your own pillows. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra dishwashing tablets and toilet rolls, especially for larger groups like ours (we were a party of ten and found the supplied amounts to be insufficient.
