Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

Jill and Chuck were incredibly nice people They were very responsive I unfortunately was with bad company and feel terrible about how she left .. They opened their home and the fact that it was left like that was crazy. However Both Jill and Chuck were understanding and showed grace. I learned a lesson you can not trust everybody bad company makes you bad company.. I would recommend them to anybody again I’m truly apologetic on her behalf… I’ve never been in a situation like this and everyone of my stays have been 5 stars I still feel horrible about it .. But they were great Host and the house is beautiful

Apartment was very cute, exactly as described/pictured. Conveniently located near the highway, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I was there to visit family so I didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely! So nice that shower toiletries were provided and I have to say, the water pressure was absolutely amazing. I would happily stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was perfect for me while I was in town for work, and William was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely would love to stay here again in the future!

We arrived at the property and were able to find our way around with ease. Everything was just as described in the listing, and we were pleased with the overall cleanliness yet "lived in" feel of the space. There were just enough personal touches to where we felt at home, but not so many that we felt like we were staying in someone else's space -- the perfect balance. Ketti and Davey were delightful, and so warm and welcoming to both of us. By the end of our stay they truly felt like new family members. We will definitely be returning for many years to come, as long as they will have us!

Garrett is a super nice host. He responds to communications quickly and very kindly. We enjoyed our stay at his place very much.

So glad we found this gem in CLT! Nick's place was spotless, roomy and convenient to everything we needed in the Queen City. Nick is super responsive to any requests and accommodating too. I traveled with my 85 yo mother who was easily able to get around the entire property with her walker. The place is updated and gorgeous with very comfortable beds and nice linens. We didn't want for anything. My mother and I always felt safe and the gated entry was easy to manage. I certainly hope Nick's place is available the next time we travel to CLT to visit the grandbaby. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful property.

Our stay at Diane’s cozy spot on Lake Norman was the perfect experience for a mother/daughter/sister 2 night stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful mid October and the full moon put on a show on the lake. Diane was attentive, quick to respond (we had no issues) when I had questions and our space was clean, well stocked and furnished.

David accompanied us and made sure we felt as if we were home. When i come back to Charlotte , I’ll definitely be booking with him again. He was very sweet and kind and asked were you okay and did we need anything. I’d definitely recommend him again and again. Don’t hesitate guys, book his Airbnb , it’s so nice in the inside and very cozy and comfortable.

Perfect for our needs, my sister and I were in town for a vendor show. Felt very safe in nice residential neighborhood. Quick response from owner. Perfect setup with backdoor opening to fenced area for my dog. Unit is larger than I expected. Does not feel like you are in a backyard garage apartment! Would book again and highly recommend this unit.

Cozy basement apartment in a quiet, tree filled cul de sac, this cute little place is well stocked with all the amenities you need and want. Olga and Shannon were lovely; very kind and helpful. We had a very minor issue with the fireplace & they came immediately to assist. While they were wonderful hosts, Harley, their 2 year old dog, was the star of the show- my 11 year old son loved playing with him! Conveniently located within a short drive of shops and restaurants, we will definitely stay here again when we return!

DeeDee’s spot is beautiful. Very peaceful. We enjoyed our second trip there. We were rained in most of the weekend & still had a nice time.

Place was very clean and homey. Enjoyed the hot tub so much! Was a lot of noise upstairs, but that’s my only complaint.

The host was really responsive and accommodating. Good location and I would recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Charlotte area.

Cute, easy little place to spend the night. Within close driving distance to anything you’d need. Had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay in Charlotte. The hosts were welcoming, proactive, and responsive, and their space was cute, clean, and cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and though we checked out early, I also loved the later checkout time. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

This place was perfect! You can’t go wrong staying here. Definitely will keep this place on my favorites list for future visits.

Jonathan's place was top notch. Extremely clean in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to the highway as well. Jonathan was a great communicator and gave great advice for area attractions. The unit was very nicely appointed, and had an extremely well thought out floorplan. Would recommend ten times out of ten!

Didn't spend a whole lot of time in the AirBnB itself, but it was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep overnight within close distance to Carowinds amusement park. This was perfect! Bev and Ferd provided great instructions to help find it on the day of check-in. They also provided nice little things like snacks which was great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

The place was great and Havana 33 restaurant is steps away and it was the best!!

Cameron was super responsive—I had an issue with getting the automated text from AirBnB with the checkin instructions. He responded within minutes and got me the info I needed. We were in town for a dance competition, and he proactively offered to let us check out later than the stated time. The place was perfect, and a great value. Lovely neighborhood close to lots of great areas, esp downtown Pineville. Would highly recommend!

Our travel was "under a dark cloud" visiting my mother who is in failing health and I'm recovering from major surgery so we really wanted to be able to relax on one level living with real comfort and convenience in mind. This was a great choice for us and our hostess was very kind. I really appreciated Karla fast responses, the well stocked kitchen, the comfort of the living area and the added fun of the game room space. It was conveniently located for our needs yet tucked away and very quiet. This is a basement rental and the owners live above but what few little things we heard were no big deal and our sleep was not interrupted in any way. The place is spacious, comfortable and has the "extras" that helped chase away the dark clouds hanging over the trip. Check in/out was easy, wifi was great, good parking/access and they even had a little wagon to help move our things back and forth. Great place and our thanks to the host

If I could give them a higher rating I would! By far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and that is well over 30 stays! Linda and Greg were phenomenal hosts! Their place was HUGE and amazing! They thought of everything I could have possibly needed and I stayed 30 days, cooking most days, multiple times a day! The area is so peaceful and serene, in a "quasi" rural setting, yet only 10 - 20 minutes away from town where you can find all that you may need. Internet was fast, which was a must as I work from "home". As large as the place is, they made it so cozy and comfortable. This is easily the best recommendation I have made to date, you need to stay there!

Charity’s place is great! So cozy, but not cramped. I had everything I needed and then some — she has truly thought of all necessities that would be useful to prepare small meals. I was attending a small weekend education course and was very centrally located to everything I needed in Mooresville. Would highly recommend!

The stay was just beautiful , the place was beautiful and soooo clean . Everytime I stay at an Airbnb I bring my cleaning supplies to spray Lysol and disinfect areas but I didn’t feel the need to at Johnathon’s . We slept comfortably as the sheets were super clean and pearly WHITE ! I could go on and on about the amazing stay . We also had an incident where we locked our self in the bathroom and he was sooo understanding and quick to our rescue . He also believes in SPACE ! He doesn’t invade at all . I will most definitely be back I feel like it’s my second home now lol . If I could give this place a 20/10 I would !! Definitely recommend you to BOOK right now !
