I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende zu fünft in der Unterkunft! Wir haben selten so eine toll ausgestattete Küche in Ferienunterkünften gehabt (von Sparschäler über ausreichend Töpfe bis zu Milchaufschäumer, Öl/Essig/Gewürze…) und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten kann man toll in der Sonne frühstücken, auch mit dem Bus war die Unterkunft gut angebunden. Sabeeka war immer zu erreichen und super hilfsbereit. Kann die Unterkunft nur jedem ans Herz legen.

Quiet location with easy access to public transportation. Short train ride to Munich.

Johann and Gabi have a lovely rental in a very quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is it. There is a yard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill and the area has walking/biking paths. Other than some issues with the WiFi, everything else went well and we would recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Dagmar war sehr angenehm. Sie ist eine freundliche und Herzensliebe Gastgeberin, bei der wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Vor unserer Anreise hatte ich eine Frage, die Dagmar schnell beantwortet hat. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sodass man die Innenstadt problemlos erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles bestens geklappt, sehr ruhige Lage und sehr geräumige Wohnung, ideal für Ruhe suchende Menschen.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Very large comfortable townhouse with everything you need. We appreciated Nadia’s communication, especially the fact that there was a seasonal time change. Munich’s historic city center is a walk and then train ride away but it is amazing! We can highly recommend this place to stay!

We were in Munich for a tradeshow and this house was a perfect place to relax and rest after very hectic days. The communication with Niklas and Miriam was very good. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortabel, the bathroom gorgeous. Too bad it was winter time because there is a beautiful Atrium and garden. We took an uber to the tradeshow in the mornings and those were always perfectly on time and it took only 10 minutes. We defenitely would love to stay here again for our next show.

Inge’s home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenage girls (15 & 18). Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fantastic, huge bathroom in the basement, laundry is also in the basement which made it very nice to wash our clothes after a week in Paris before we arrived at Inge’s wonderful home. A five minute walk to the U-Bahn stop was very convenient also. A wonderful Gasthaus is a two minute walk away with great food and prices. We got to the know Francie our waitress each time we visited and she also made our visit very memorable! 15-20 minutes to anywhere downtown or to the BMW museum in Schwabing by car also. Parking your car at Inge’s was easy. Marienplatz is only a few U-Bahn stops away and you can get to many museums by foot from there. We absolutely loved our time there! I had lived in Munich in the 1980’s so I knew my way around and Inge’s home my return very memorable! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Ralf und Andrea waren sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Ralf hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles was wir wissen wollten erklärt, inklusive persönlicher Führung zum S-Bahnhof. Die Lage ist ruhig, etwas weg vom Zentrum aber der Bus und die Bahnen sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und die Ausstattung komplett. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

We loved the space and how comfortable it was/ got the best sleep at this location.

We had a great time in the lovely cottage. It served two purposes since I had to visit the ISPO and my wife stayed behind to work remote. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a (long) stay. It was very clean, well quipped kitchen and bathroom, great WIFI. The lovely couple Jennifer and Hubertus made us feel right at home and made sure our every need was met. S bahn is a 5 min walk so perfect for a visit to Munich.

Mark, the son, was ready to answer to any questions and Mark and Barbara were were best that I have ever experienced among airbnb hosts. The place was perfected located in safe, clean neighborhood, very near from the subway station, only 3 minutes walk from the exit. The house is so clean and dirtless. We had enough towels, and many kinds of toiletry. Super kind, perfectly prepared house for guests! We had a great time and we will definetely visit again when we are given a chance to be Munich again!!Thank you for everything! Going back to Korea with good memories in Munchen with Robert and Barbara, and the puppy, Peanut : ) !

Alles zur besten Zufriedenheit! Check in war unkompliziert, Sophie und Lutz sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden, wenn wir in der Nähe von Geltendorf eine Unterkunft benötigen, auf jeden Fall wieder auf euch zurück kommen!

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.
