Our family had a wonderful and fun weekend, the house had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and having family fun with the pool table, darts and board games. The hot tub was absolutely stunning, spacious and in a private part of the garden. We all enjoyed a lovely walk to the local shops and an afternoon in Blackpool. Thank you for a rememberable family weekend and the welcome goodies were very much enjoyed by all. We would and have already recommended this property.

Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

Great property! Beautifully decorated inside, pub and shop within a 2 minute walk, short drive to the central pier. Very clean, easy to access, parking available for 2 cars, would highly recommend and stay again!

Lovely house in a great location. Lots bigger than we thought it would be. We will definitely come back if it’s available as our daughter has regular dance competitions in Blackpool.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Mark and Rachel were great hosts. Their place was spotless and really well equipped for the whole family. Beds were really comfortable with lovely soft and fresh linen. We’d love to stay again, thanks for a great weekend.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

Rachel's apartment is beautiful. Easy to park across from the flat. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, large dining table and well equipped kitchen. The large bathroom has a fantastic shower and lovely free standing bath tub. Three of the bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds- i have to say that the bed linens smelt divine! The fourth bedroom has a single bed but still roomy. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and beautifully presented. The only thing to be aware of is the number of stairs but my dad managed ok(88yrs). Location is great as a five minute walk from the town centre. There is also a Sainsbury's across the road and a lovely park behind the flat. Rachel was very quick to respond to any questions and check in/out straightforward. I would highly recommend staying here as location is great and the flat is exceptional

This was one of the best stays we have had. Jean was the perfect host, went out of her way to make our stay special and the location could not have been better. It felt like we were staying in a family members home as it was just cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and though the bathroom was in the bedroom it was not a problem ever. We were hardly there but it was lovely to know we were safe and comfortable when we were there. The space is small but you don’t notice, and the beach was gorgeous we got lucky and had amazing weather. Highly recommend Notarinni ice cream just off the South Pier. We will definitely be back. This apartment was just what i needed. I was at an event at the winter gardens so wanted to be close to that. Considering how close to everything the apartment is its very quiet too so was perfect for me.

Just back from a lovely 4 night stay with our 12 year old twins. Accommodation was clean and really well equipped, the kids loved the Halloween sweets and decorations! Location was perfect for us - everything we wanted was within walking distance or a short tram ride away, didn't need the car at all! We had a couple of questions while we were there that were answered really quickly. Very friendly hosts. Thank you

It had everything we needed while spending time with our son and his family nearby … and it gave us some peace at the end of all three days! It was cosy and warm, clean and tidy … with lots of hot water … and they went ‘above and beyond’ posting back a wallet we’d left behind! It’s in a lovely street of houses … with good parking at the back. A fresher looking front door at the main entrance (and tidier bin and rubbish area would improve it immensely … if it’s under their control).

Lovely place to stay & use to explore the dales. Parking pretty easy & the local auction market was made for an interesting evening. Hogs n heifers voucher was a lovely touch too

Absolutely lovely clean home, everything you could need for a relaxing stay, near to all the amenities. Beds so comfortable 😁😁. Just perfect 😁 Definitely great value for money and plenty of room.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Thank you so much for facilitating the perfect family weekend away to celebrate a birthday and some quality time together. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

What a lovely place this was! So clean and tidy, in particular the beds were so comfortable, with lovely white linen, pillow protectors and a mattress topper. Basics were provided...cookies, coffee, tea, milk, crisps, which was a welcome sight after a long journey. The flat was well equipped, dishwasher, etc. And nice and warm. It is in prime position, near to Kendal bars and restaurants. Communication with owners was top class from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed it, this is what an Air Bnb should be like! Thoroughly recommended x

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Great flat. Well equipped. Comfy beds would definitely stay again.
