Thank you Annie for sharing your beautiful property. It was exceptionally clean and your thoughtful extra little touches made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was clean and a real hit for my children as was the swing set. Annie was very quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend Annie’s house to anyone visiting the area.

Such attention to detail plus care and concern from our hosts, the house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need to recharge and relax. The location is so peaceful but within easy reach of activities if you are looking for distractions or just settle in enjoy the view, the facilities and unwind. Our family had a great time in Gunnedah! The property is spacious and the pool was lovely to freshen up in. Family sized Weber, nice outdoor area and great amenities ~ all you need for a family stay. We had a blast at the Tamworth country festival and Gunnedah and surrounds ~ the mural water tower and grain silos are magnificent. Stacey is a great communicator and I would recommend her AirBnB to anyone wanting to stay in this beautiful part of NSW ;-)

Absolutely beautiful home, clean, well appointed and in a such a picturesque location. We had a group of nine and all were in awe when we first walked into the home. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and continually commented on how beautiful the house and property was when we were there. Totally exceeded our expectations! Thanks to our host Sarah for all of her helpful advice!

Great place to stay, Kemp was a great responsive host and also allowed me to extend my stay on very late notice. The only 1 thing I found wrong is that there was no freezer in the house to store my frozen goods, other then that a great stay.

Nichole is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. Its not too far from town, about a 3 min drive, and the area is peaceful and private. Great host, great house, highly recommend.

Great place to stay, home away from home!

Cathryn's place was everything we hoped for and more - quiet, relaxing, spacious, incredible view, dog and toddler friendly, and a short drive to town and sites. Our host was impeccable with communication and ensured we were comfortable. The star link internet also meant we could finish some work tasks before logging for the weekend. Waking up to wallabies nibbling at the grass outside our window topped off the whole experience ✨️

Used house for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get dressed. House was perfect for this. Great location, clean, tidy with lots of room. I highly recommend this house.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is situated on a beautiful plot of land, providing a peaceful and scenic environment that made our visit even more special. Simon was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Marie’s place was a godsend during a very hot hockey carnival weekend. The house is very close to the Hillvue hockey grounds by car. The air con was so good, the recliner lounge chairs and the beds were comfy. We loved the huge bath. The Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery and 6 ice cube trays :) (very useful to put in our water bottles) as well and the IGA was only a couple of minutes away for all your food supplies. Lots of facilities to do your own laundry. Hairdryer, handwash, supplied as well as all linen. Recommended.

We had a relaxing stay. We loved sitting out on the patio overlooking the bush. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were very useable. Our host was thoughtful and left fresh milk in the fridge and had a great selection of tea and coffees. Would definitely stay again. Stanthorpe has a lot to offer for tourists and the town has a relaxed 1970’s vibe.

Grand old house with some stylish and modern touches - perfect for extended weekend for 3 adult children, their partners and mother - is big enough for privacy when required. Abundant air conditioning was both necessary and welcome.
