Not that bad of a neighborhood everything is walkable. Clean beds and quiet neighborhoods. Overall pretty decent place.

Beautiful, clean and SPACIOUS, Secluded neighborhood, 15 to 20 minutes because of the Hillside Drive to stores. The neighborhood is safe with lots of great places to walk. If you are looking for a feeling of being out of the city it's perfect for you. Very comfortable bed and great shower! Only downsides are, far from nicer stores, the central air is shared however Dana was quick to provide a second space heater & let us put the thermostat on the highest that they allow downstairs. The space heaters are good really quality which made the space very warm and comfortable. VERY appreciated. They are a family of five and like another review said you can hear a lot on the kitchen side, it was not very loud most of the time, BUT in the bedroom/bathroom it is very quiet and the most peaceful. That was our favorite spot, we wished a small couch was in there. Again the spaciousness and decor were fantastic plus Danas speed to help with the cold. LOVED NO CLUTTER and great storage.

The property was totally Claremont. It's such a historic place and loved everything about it. The balcony, location and privacy was everything!

I stayed at Michael’s place for two weeks, and he was a fantastic host—helpful and very responsive. The apartment matched the photos, offering a comfortable space for two people, a convenient parking spot, and a practical workspace and living area. The pool and gym were great added perks. The location is just a short drive from Tustin Legacy Center and other shopping areas. While cleanliness could be slightly improved, I was very satisfied with my stay overall.

The best experience with Airbnb! host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish Impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials. This was the perfect family-friendly spot.

Cozy little place. It was perfect for my girlfriend and me to spend the night and enjoy touring around Lake Arrowhead.

I love Erika’s place so much. Her place is very quiet and private. Good location with 5min from the freeway and 10min to JW airport. The room is tidy and sparkly clean. We definitely will choose her place again when we’re back to SoCal.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Simply superb! A clean, beautiful, and warm space. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated each of us having a separate fluffy blanket. The Internet was stable and fast. Everything was spotlessly clean. The flower superblooms can be seen 1 hour 15 min to the north (Diamond Valley Lake) or 1 hour 15 min to the south (Anza Borrego State Park -- check the state park website for superbloom locations). While we were driving out from here in the morning, we saw a California condor flying close to the road. These are rare, critically endangered birds and we were very lucky to have spotted one. Tarja was also great with communications.

This apartment is lovely. The surrounding trees and gardens made it feel like a private oasis. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Quiet and close to Temecula as well as to a cute bar with a great backdrop! Clean space, great shower pressure and heat-loved the amenities very comfortable! Would stay again for sure, great host and space!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ray’s place! Ray is an excellent host! His place is close to many great restaurants and shops. Our baby was also able to play in nearby playgrounds (there’s a total of 3 that is walkable but 1 is our favorite). Amenities are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and love to stay at Ray’s place again.

We had to evacuate our home due to fire last minute and Suzie accepted our request on a very late notice. We didn't check in until closer to 10pm but she remained close communication with us and was very prompt in her response! The property was spotless and has everything you need. We also like that it had different amenities and there's plenty of places my dog was able to explore near the complex. Highly recommend this place and I'll for sure come back! ❤️❤️❤️

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had exactly everything that I needed and I felt right at home. I loved that the unit is on the first floor so very easily accessible to get all of my luggage into. The area felt safe and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect. I also love that. There was a cute little patio to sit out on. I’m usually picky about beds, but this one was very comfortable and I was able to get a great night sleep every night. The host was very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of whenever I needed questions answered. I will definitely be back to stay here for my future trips to Southern California ! Thank you !!

Wonderful beautiful 2 bedroom felt right at home nice and clean, very spacious for a small family had everything we needed and more 10/10 recommend.

. My husband and I were in town visiting my brother who lived right up the road. The travel back and forth was very convenient. The amenities in the house were above and beyond. I felt like I was at home except in a much cleaner house. I felt very safe walking around in the community in the morning. I also discovered some other walking paths nearby which were beautiful and scenic. I would definitely return to Cynthia's place when we come out to visit again.
