David’s place is even better than the photos. Charming, FULLY stocked with kitchen supplies, roomy and well cared for. We enjoyed using the fireplace and cooking in the kitchen, which has anything you could need, including spices.

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Our stay here was perfect with a 2.5yo and a 5 yo. The cabin was the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in. They really thought of everything- especially for families with little kiddos. We brought our own toys but ended up putting them back in the car because the kids were so happy with the toys in the house. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and it was oh so cozy, yet bright and airy. Wonderful outside space but the kids were most excited about the “kids only hideout.” We would definitely come here again. Natalie went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, enjoyable, personalized, and feel like a true vacation!

My wife and I were looking for a place that would provide us with peace and allow our son to experience snow for the first time (he’s 2 yrs old). Kailee and Melissa’s place did just that. Great, clean, peaceful and beautiful homes. We would stay there again.

James was very responsive when I needed him throughout the stay. He was quick to rectify the issue so no complaints there. The place was clean and everything you needed was there! Overall would recommend! Close to the village and other amenities.

Absolutely loved the space and surrounding areas, the whole family loved it and we all agreed to definitely plan to visit again next year. We were so lucky to get snow for our visit. Highly highly recommend.

This is a great location for a Disneyland adventure. We intended to utilize more of the complex’s amenities (mainly the pool), but we spent almost every waking moment at the Disney properties. Still, the pools looked great. We walked from the condo to Disneyland on two consecutive days and it’s not exactly close, in normal life terms, but in Disneyland terms (where walking is the norm) it is very close. You are basically across the street from the Disneyland Hotel. Clean, safe, well appointed. This is a great option for a Disney trip. Much better value than the Disney owned properties.

Pam &Jimmy’s place was even better than expected. The location is perfect, very walkable, and very close to the beach. They have everything you need including bikes that really came in handy. As hosts, they go above and beyond to make the place as inviting as can be. I can’t rave about this place enough.

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

We couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for our family get-away. We each had our own room with privacy and own bathroom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with the high-end appliances and available cookware. Easily walkable to everything you could want on a beach vacation. I highly recommend Nazita and her beautiful home!

This Airbnb was a beautiful place to stay with plenty to do both on-site and nearby. The location offers easy access to Newport Beach, as well as a more secluded private beach with convenient shuttle service. A perfect spot for relaxation and adventure!

Amazing stay! Had the perfect mid-week getaway. The nest was super cozy, all of the customizable lights made great vibes and the 420 friendliness should speak for itself. Lee was super responsive answered any questions and gave perfect directions to the parking area. Definitely worth the stay, will be returning!!

When we walked in, we were amazed at how open and spacious the home was. We felt at home right away. So, we were able to relax and enjoy our time there.

The house is very nice and has everything you need; in fact, it has more than what is listed on the website. Dan is a very good host; he answers and helps you with whatever you need immediately. I definitely hope to return to this house; I loved it. I would only make 1 suggestion: the hose that cleans the pool during the day is very uncomfortable for swimming. I would suggest cleaning it only at night. Thank you Dan

From start to finish, our experience was amazing and more than I could have ever expected. They truly thought of everything, ensuring that our special day ran smoothly and stress-free. We opted for the additional coordination services, which included a coordinator, server and waiter - and it was worth every penny. The extra help made all the difference, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the little details. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can't thank them enough. Beyond that, everyone on the property created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—I felt completely at home and comfortable every moment. The host was very friendly and answered all my questions. The house was very clean and the rooms were very spacious, accommodating the entire family. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay at this house again if we returned to San Bernardino.
