This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Jacinta’s house is a little piece of paradise. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked, and the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing or entertaining by the peaceful canal. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, as are the local tips from Jacinta in the house guide. I highly recommend this place — we had a wonderful time.

We had the perfect stay at The Mooloolaba Beach House! The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s in a fantastic location – just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and everything else you might need. There’s also an amazing café around the corner that serves some of the best coffee we’ve had in a while. Couldn’t recommend it more – we’ll definitely be back!

Jen's place was so clean and spacious and was so much bigger than expected. The pool was inviting and the back deck area is a great place to hang out. Very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. And the two eating areas came in handy as we are a group of crafters so we could leave our projects out and still had a table to sit at for meals. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and beds are extremely comfortable. Probably the only negative is that the air conditioners do struggle to cool the main living spaces, due to their size and high ceilings. And not all spaces are air conditioned and this is a bit hard in February when it is so hot and humid. Not enough to put us off wanting to stay there again though. Great hostess and great place.

Hyoung and his wife were amazing hosts!! Very hospitable and helpful with anything we needed. He communicated clearly and was so nice! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Beautiful house, nice neighborhood. Andre & Ewa are very lovely. The house was crisp, sparkling clean & thoughtful. It had everything we needed for travel and rest. The space was clutter-free and amenities had a luxurious touch. Would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The aspect from the pool, and the pool itself was an absolute highlight, being beautifully clean, lovely lack of chlorine. I swam multiple times a day. Overall the house was very comfortable with a lovely deck, the green and quiet surroundings and a comfortable beds. The ceiling fans and aircon kept any excessive heat from being unpleasant. We would LOVE to stay here again. Thanks to Kirsty for providing such a wonderful stay.

The house was amazing! Everyone loved it, my kids wanted to move in! Close to great cafes, restaurants and shops. Very peaceful, with a great views. Thank you Andy 🙂

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

One word: WOW! I booked this place for my parents, but went out with them while they checked in. Brendon met us with bubbles to celebrate my Mum's birthday. He was so lovely, communicative, and welcoming. We were shown around the house and the property to make sure Mum and Dad were comfortable before I left them there for their relaxing weekend. The house is so lovely. Everything was thought of. Brendon put out a beautiful spread for them to enjoy, including a birthday cake, and there were plenty of provisions for them for breakfast and beyond. They relaxed in the pool, and the ac, and enjoyed the views. They saw wallabies on their walks too. Brendon made himself available to them should they need anything or have any questions. My only wish is that I could have stayed with them! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Brendon!

We had a great stay! We stayed for 6 weeks while we sold our house and bought another. Tracey kindly let our pets stay after a few reasonable questions and responded very quickly to any queries/comments we had. For example, we mentioned that a few of the clothesline ropes had broken and the whole rope was fixed in days. This location and home was perfect for our needs as a short term home where the whole family (2A, 2C and 2 pets) could feel at home during what was quite a stressful period. It was as also very convenient for travel to schools and the city during peak hours. The desk got an absolute workout with gamers and people working from home and internet was never an issue. If you have a dog, there are a couple of nice dog parks close by to wander too, to get the energy out. We stayed in summer and the Aircon was much appreciated by the British members of the family. It is on the cosy side but a cute place and great access. Thanks for a great stay Tracey!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location on the canals was lovely, and having kayaks and fishing gear available was a bonus. The house was well-stocked with linen, towels, and essentials like washing liquid and dish detergent, which made things easy. The pool and theatre room were great for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a getaway.

Alli’s place is sparkling clean with new furniture and linen. It’s a pleasant walk to the beach at Bellara and there is a good range of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets not far away. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Alli!

Jacks place was the perfect setting for our creative family. The eclectic choices in decor and art made us feel right at home. With a wonderful outdoor entertainment area, it truly felt like a villa pool. Easy to walk to quaint cafes and shops or head into the city by train. The hosts are very friendly and responds promptly. The property is very clean!! The towels and bed sheets are soft and stain-free. There were also freebies like coffee, tea and candies. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. Most of all, I had a very good night sleep. Thank you Jeric and Alicia for letting my stay in your place. It was a very nice and memorable experience. Will definitely book again if I visit Brisbane again in the future!

Our stay at The Palm & Pool House - Stylish Coastal Getaway in Mooloolaba was absolutely divine—exactly how I pictured it! 🥰 The house was spotless, beautifully stylish, and had such a welcoming vibe. The entry instructions seemed a bit complicated at first glance, but they were spot on and so easy to follow in practice—no stress at all! We had the best time soaking in the relaxing coastal atmosphere, and the cherry on top was the surprise cheese platter Robyn left for us in the fridge—such a thoughtful and delicious touch! 🧀 Everything about our stay was just perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back! 😊

Staying at this place was soo good and really exceeded our expectations, aircon everywhere, friendly neighbours kitchen with everything you need and lots of space. If I wasn’t here for work it would be a perfect place to bring the family.

We had a great 80th Birthday stay. There were 4 of us along with small dogs. The back yard was great for the dogs & the double garage was great for the vehicles. The bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge, kitchen & dining area were all very clean, & well equiped. Thank you Jody.

Michaels place was a slice of heaven up in the mountains! The place feels so private while still being in a populated area. The amount of space you get is insane!! It just keeps going and going and the walk down to the hammocks is gorgeous. The communication was again great and allowed for easy check in and check out. Everything was aesthetic and true to the eco vibe. And the beds are so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who will listen I just wish I could have stayed longer!

We felt immediately at home & welcome at this lovely property in Dicky Beach. The location is peaceful & in a beautifully maintained Close only 10 minutes walk to Dicky Beach. Shops & cafes are nearby however the kitchen is well stocked with basics to support cooking in-house. We were grateful for the air con during a summer heatwave. Good for a family group with the main bedroom & en-suite downstairs, plus another separate toilet & three spacious bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom. Although the outdoor area is located at the front of the house, it was still private enough to relax in & it was nice to interact with some of the other local residents who we found friendly. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Robyn!
