Derek's place was perfect for our overnight trip. Quiet street and close to the spots we wanted to visit. The apartment was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. Derek was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

Ta'Keyah was not only a wonderful host, but her downtown Indy apartment was the perfect place for our stay. She was flexible, responsive, and even allowed us an earlier check-in and later checkout. The apartment looked just like the photos, and her check-in instructions were easy to follow. Her place is quaint, with easy access to downtown and somewhere I would recommend to anyone traveling to Indianapolis to stay.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! The location was absolutely incredible—situated right on the downtown square, it offered unmatched convenience and charm. Being steps away from fantastic local restaurants, quaint shops, and lively entertainment made our stay truly special. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Past reviews nailed it—this is a gem in the heart of it all! Waking up to the buzz of the square and winding down at night with its serene beauty was great. If you're looking for a perfect blend of comfort, style, and a prime downtown location, this is the place to book. We will definitely return again and again since our son will be attending I.U. next year.

The apartment was cute and looked just like the pictures. Fenced in backyard was great as we had our small dog. Peaceful and quiet but not far from areas of entertainment. Easy on and off the expressway and easy to find. Well equipped and clean with little amenities. The host was always available by text and was very responsive. Good instructions for check in. Appropriate pricing. Would recommend.

Extremely clean, perfectly kid friendly with baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and fully fenced back yard. We had a great stay for my daughter’s birthday, not far from the children’s museum.

Mike is a great host. He truly cares about his guests. This house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Far enough out for peace and quiet yet 5 to 10 minutes from most everything. Highly recommended!

Ellen was super responsive, very accommodating and provided all the instructions necessary for a great stay. Unit very convenient/walkable to Butler, with all that you need for a weekend visit!

This house was a great place to stay. It was very spacious, had an arcade inside which was neat good for a night of relaxing in the house along with the hot tube. Private parking was nice to have as well, very clean and very up to date inside with adjustable lighting in the rooms. Definitely would come back to this place.

Really great place for a big family or retreat with friends! Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Would stay again!

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

This was by far one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve ever had! I never had to contact the host because her check in instructions were explained in depth, she used my phone number as the entry code, and getting inside was seamless!!! If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate!!!! Two great bedrooms with two fantastic bathrooms, a stylish kitchen with everything you need, comfy couch in the living room and a full sized washer and dryer. EVERYTHING is great.

Look no further for your stay in Indy! Christy’s place was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Also, the area is great. There is a local breakfast spot right downstairs and a coffee shop across the way, and the whole street is walkable with plenty of options for food. She was so helpful with recommendations and her communication was excellent! Christy really went above and beyond and if we ever come back to Indy this condo will be our first choice!
