Great location, place and host!

It was a 1 night stay however it was just what we needed. Games, TV, relaxation,clean and spacious! Host was responsive, nice, and very accommodating! Will use again!

The place was very clean and accommodating. It was off-season for us, so the property was very quiet and serene. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value for the property. Walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. The private pool was our favorite feature on the property!

Loved the place! Views were amazing from every room. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need to cook! Plenty of extra linens in each bedroom and towels in each bathroom. Betty was very responsive and even assisted us finding a nearby park for my girls. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and peaceful location. My little dog and I felt right at home. Host was very wonderful and nice. For sure would stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakeside property. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with lovely decks to enjoy morning coffee and evenings outside. Our host was incredibly welcoming & provided the cutest welcome gifts! Overall it was a fantastic getaway, can’t wait to return to Lake it Easy!!

What a great home! Clean, extra comfortable couch and beds. Coooooold air conditioning during the heat advisory. Can’t beat the view from the porch and patio. We kayaked across the cove to the burger bar, where there was live music. Loved this place so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-organized lake house, perfect for a family getaway. The house has a great floor plan with comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space to relax in. Highlights: •Nice clean hot tub just a few steps from the basement, and a fantastic boat dock just a short walk from the house. Several outdoor seating areas with gas fire pits were clean and well kept. •The basement is fantastic, with a pool table, dartboard (bring your own darts if you’re serious), and even two guitars with an amp—such a fun bonus! A tuner would be a helpful addition. Note: The driveway has a steep angle—be cautious as some vehicles may scrape. Overall, this lake house exceeded expectations- Highly recommend!

If you’re looking in this area, look no further! You will not regret staying here. We loved a super quiet, relaxing stay over New Years. We woke up to those beautiful lake views every morning. Highly recommend stopping at a grocery store on your way in (she tells you this in tips before your stay)….once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t enjoy going on the lake but the hot tub was perfect to cap off our long walks in the area.

Such a beautiful area, clean home, and easy host to work with. We had a small issue but it was fixed within minutes! The beds were comfy, so much seating outside, and the place overall was great!

Great gathering place for two families for the holiday. Kids loved the deck games and bunk beds. Adults loved the well-stocked kitchen and bedroom that opened to the deck. The town has a great drive-through lights display for the holidays. Ha Ha Tonka had a variety of hikes for all abilities nearby. Overall beautiful house with everything you need, especially for kids (the amenities are as listed for sure). Directions about the driveway and house entry were detailed as they needed to be. Would go back again!

This was our second year to stay at Hartley's place and let me tell you, this place is perfect for us! It's close to where we want to stay but it is so convenient with the living room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and screened in porch upstairs as you walk in the front door. Downstairs are 2 private bedrooms and a full bed in the living area and a full bath. And, the only steps you have to climb from the dock to your house are in the AC!! It's great for seniors, families and it fits our needs exactly. We have already booked a week for next year, same time, that's how much we love it! We had a wonderful girl’s weekend - many comfortable places to hang out and relax in this home! The dock space is fantastic! Love the propane fire pit! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, 3 huge bathrooms, coffee bar, sun room! We didn’t bring a boat but there’s a great slip for one of you do! We did some grocery shopping prior to arrival and didn’t leave the property! Wayne is a great communicator and responds quickly!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in the Ozarks! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the water right from the deck as well as the dock!! The cottage itself was cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy my morning coffee by the lake. We went during the off-season and personally loved the quiet! Our host was incredibly proactive and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless experience.

Our family absolutely loved staying here. I’ve never seen a more calm cove at LOZ!! The home is very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen comes well stocked and the bathrooms have plenty of towels. The dock is very nice and had a great swimming area w/ Lilly pad that the kids really enjoyed. The back deck was a popular place to unwind after a long day of boating and swimming. Overall, we had the best time. Highly recommend!

Lisa is a wonderful host, she sent a message detailing check in a check out. the house was beautiful and everything was labeled making everything a breeze.

Beautiful house! Equipped with all essentials we needed. We stayed here to go off-roading and we were able to park 3 trailers. We would definitely stay here again!
