We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Kyle was proactive and gave us everything we needed before the check in. The check-in process was smooth, and the amenities were a great touch. I especially appreciated the face wipes, comfy beds and Hocking Hill recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting

Our group of six (four adults and two teens) had a great winter weekend at Dan's cabin. Dan was very responsive and we had no trouble finding the house or getting in. The driveway is steep and we were glad Dan's instructions included information about how to manage it. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed making dinners, playing board games and relaxing in the hot tub. Perfect location for exploring Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave and hiking in the area. I would happily stay here again.

House was cozy and very peaceful. The rain on the morning we left was nice to listen to from the covered patio in the back. Spacious house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

John, You have such a wonderful home in beautiful country. We’ll definitely be back! Not sure if you like IPA, but we left a can from one of our favorite breweries in Yellow Springs, OH. 11/10 experience! Was not expecting how luxurious and spacious this beautiful home is. I wish this was my home! Adorably decorated, comfy beds, and amenities you didn’t even know you needed (heated toilet seat!?). Ample space, huge shower, and places to put all of your items/ things. The land was beautiful and great for birding. Being able to drive into downtown Athens without even getting on the highway is one of many reasons we hope to stay again if available.

This home was perfect for our stay. We wanted to be in walking distance of the downtown area and this fit the bill. We loved the historic home and the view of the river. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect getaway! Elizabeth was a wonderful host and the house was fabulous. Lots of blankets, a beautiful little kitchen, and those heated bathroom floor tiles were an absolute delight. We felt right at home, cooking most of our meals at the house and enjoying the silence while cozied up by the fire. We would absolutely come back again!

After arriving at another Airbnb that wasn't as listed, we were on the hunt for another one. We saw Nathan's listing, contacted him and reserved his place. He waited for us to arrive, got us in and showed us around. He even offered to help with our luggage. Nathan couldn't be more friendly and helpful. His listing was as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked and overall very homey. We will be going back. Thanks Nathan.

very nice place. nice location, no neighbors. easy to find. house was nice and clean. hot tub was ready to go for us ladies. would highly recommend. bedrooms big and comfy. would have been great if it wasn't so rainy we was ready for a campfire. wood was already and everything, but it was to wet.

Perfect peaceful getaway—ideal for families! We had the most wonderful stay at this private, cozy retreat. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, making it feel just like home. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bathroom extras were a thoughtful touch. the hot tub was perfect after a long day hiking. We didn't bring our kids this time, but there were plenty of toys for the kids and an amazing selection of board games for the whole family. It really felt like a place we could stay for weeks and never get bored. (We are for sure an outdoor family, but the tv had cable which was great!!) Plus, it's just a short drive to Hocking Hills State Park and other great hiking spots. The porch swing was the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee with the beautiful surroundings. Download the directions before you drive out! We hope to one day return with our family when our kids are a little older.

This is an exceptional property. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They have put significant investment into the property I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.
