We instantly felt right at home at Bird Land for our girls trip! Eric was super accommodating and attentive. The house is very comfortable with a lot of historic charm. The sunny window bed and bird watching area are so beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous stained glass windows. There is so much room to spread out! The basement bedroom(s) would be great for kids to have their own space. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We loved staying here! A short drive from downtown and lovely and quiet. It was the perfect getaway for the women in my family. Gina was a superb host and we enjoyed the hot tub!

I would definitely recommend this home if you’re staying in the Berkeley Springs area. It’s close to downtown and easy to find. The house has a lot of beautiful natural light and is perfect for multiple people/groups. The amenities are as advertised and the home was peaceful. We would stay here again.

Courtney and Christian’s cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet, yet with plenty of entertainment options. Close to hiking, parks, the Cacapon River, and the quaint little town of Berkeley Springs. Staying in to enjoy the cottage was extremely fun too. Pool table was a hit! Sitting outside relaxing with the sounds of nature even better. A couple cozy fires and delicious pizza making was on point. We where very happy to enjoy it all.

The Lodge is absolutely stunning! We would recommend it to anyone and already want to plan our own return trip. The home is impressively decorated, super comfortable, and stocked with almost anything you could need. The house is cozy and offers great entertainment options - we especially enjoyed the hot tub during a snow day! The scenery is breathtaking, with the mountain vistas and river view that make the perfect backdrop. Thanks so much to Jeff for having us!

Super cute place!! We pick a cabin every February for a weekend getaway, and this is one we look forward to booking during the warmer months! The screened in porch is lovely, and the creek behind the house is just asking to be splashed around in. We liked that this place felt very private and secluded but wasn’t too far off the beaten path. About a mile down a back road, and only 10-15 minutes from Berkeley Springs. Looking forward to coming back!

It was a nice house and the hot tub was enjoyable. Lots of room for people and to move around in. Private and peaceful.

Such a great place for a girl's weekend. Everything was perfect, and the hot tub and fire pit was awesome! Kim was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely return!

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Emily and Darragh’s cabin was incredibly neat and clean and a good distance from Whitetail Resort if anyone is looking for a spot to stay and ski for the weekend! Check-in was simple and they responded to any questions I had super fast! 10/10 would recommend, they were awesome hosts!

Absolutely loved it! Beautiful scenery, hot tub was amazing, just a nice place to stay with kids and family.

This was the perfect spot to hang out with some close friends, enjoy good food, and watch the Super Bowl. There was more than enough space. The open lay out let those of us in the kitchen take part in all the conversations and activities. We had everything we needed at the house. I especially appreciated the downstairs bedrooms near the back door for our dogs. Matthew was super responsive and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better space!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin - it was less than 15 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs, and while it was too cold for water activities, it was right off of the Cacapon River. The lodgings were super clean and we had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed for cooking. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Berkeley Springs.

Dylan is a GREAT host and super fast with responses! Such a peaceful, private location. But only 20 mins from the local reataurants, antique shops and more! Big enough for few friends but perfect for a couple as well. The cell service is spotty so make sure you save the wifi information before arriving.

We enjoyed our long weekend here. It was especially cozy since there was a snowstorm.

My girlfriends and I wanted to have a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. We found Aerie and it was everything we could have wanted. Anna sent us a handbook which was extremely helpful. It told us everything we needed to know for check in/out and while we were there. Anna also suggested places for us to visit during our stay. This was especially helpful since we are not from the area. Everyone we communicated with during the planning process was kind and helpful and the house was perfect. We definitely would like to visit again soon!!
