We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Very nice and great place with lots of greenery Staff was very kind with a great host Shreya she was very attentive and kind also very caretaking. Pool facing room and very secure for children’s Room was cleaned every morning overall the stay was a wonderful experience..👍👌

Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Shaeen and her husband both were very warm and welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Will surely visit again and recommend to all our friends and family. Cheers!

Our stay at this place in Goa was absolutely amazing! It was extremely cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm and inviting vibe, making it a perfect getaway. Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Very well located if you want to explore all the fine dining places in Goa like Izumi, Bawei, Jamun and the list is endless . It’s also next door to shopping stores like flames , Rangeela Goa and no nasties . Nice place with access to pool. We travelled with toddler and a kid of 7 years and having a cook around was very comfortable

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. It was nice stay at the property...very clean...host was very nice, patient and responsive... place was very quiet and very near to verca beach... highly recommended for family stay and stay with friends!

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.
